Yes propconzal helps with germination but it also acts a plant growth regulator. Witch slow the existing grass and the new grass gets more sun light.

I was on the train too. I don't use starter fert anymore. I'm more intrested in getting the seed to germinate and get going. This process has worked for me countless times now!

I've been trying to figure out how to get the lawn to germinate faster without pre germinating in buckets. This is the best so far!
@@TheNeighborDominator too bad you told us today... I planted kbg with out pre germ and I panicked bc by day 10 I really had minimal plants poping up so I did some... things... and now I think I ruined my overseed. I don't think I have the guts for kbg lol. Yes I know it can take weeks...

Can I add the root booster 7 days later after my Overseed? I didn't use it in the beginning because my seeds have fertilizer in them by United seed company. I'm seeing some germination from the Fescue blend day 7 in some spots

Has propiconozole been tested on southern seed types such a Bermuda, centipede, and zoysia.

I always thought rye would sprout in less than 5 days anyways
It does come up quick but using this was the fastest I've seen without using a phosphorus heavy starter fertilizer in my personal experience.

You may want to reshoot this video. While walking you're saying how deep and lush and perfect the lawn is, but the video says otherwise.
