Seriously, I couldn't take it... by the time I got to "tap out, crap out, nap out" I was crying and couldn't breath, I had to pause and take a break to write this comment.
Well done sir, well done indeed.
LOL omg, even reading people's comments repeating the jokes still makes me laugh
Haven't laughed this much in years. He is awesome.👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
As a Gen Z myself, I can say this dude is certifiably hilarious and correct
I agree
Lol oh okay boomer
But I agree
If you had been raised in his time; you'd be one of the smart one's who made it. HaHa.
As a millennial I identify as gen z. All of my friends are as upset with our generation as the rest of humanity
As a 26 year old with a 73 year old father....a lot of these "Old people" jokes I actually completely understood and laughed at how perfect he nailed it! right down to us not being able to cope without our phones and texting 9 1 1. I have to share this with my family because I'm laughing so hard I'm about to throw up.
Wow, your dad is old
Not that I’m competitive but I’m younger and my dad’s older, and I’m not even the youngest. Also, we can text 911.
"Not on the carpet, not on the carpet"
I think the real question is:
Do you get the jokes about the twenty something year olds?
I'm now 52 but when I was 26 my father was 76. The stories he told us about life when he was young sounded so crazy to us. Loved the skipping record bit at the beginning.
The audience is not sure if it's ok to laugh because they are not sure if he is laughing at them. He is.
Actually it's because it's just not funny but ok
@@tugboat6940 Its pretty funny, learn to laugh at yourself a little, its good for you. Seems like a whole lot of people my age can dish it out but cant take it lmao.
@@MisanthropicHaze it's really not that funny. Far too G rated and corny. Super dad jokish. I doubt many people under 35 finds this funny
@@tugboat6940 Thats fair. I mean to each their own, but it definitely seems like more people our age in these comments are more triggered then anything. Now thats funny to me lmfao.
@@MisanthropicHaze I mean do you think I'm triggered? Because I can laugh at myself and my generation any time but I genuinely just don't find this funny. I feel like he is too out of touch
What a breath of fresh air hearing excellent comedy without the cussing, private body parts and vulgarness, I love this guy!
This dude is GOLD! He’s a “clean “ comedian but he’s fricken hilarious 😂
for real, I don't remember a comedy that made me laugh that many times, it was mentally refreshing if that even makes sense.
Wolfie Black - Lol he’s clean and funny! Clean comedy is much better imho. Because it means that they actually have to be funny!
Old like gold
I love it! I don't get why some comedians think they are funny if they say bad words, it makes them stupid in my opinion.
Wolfe Black my thoughts exactly.
What a great comfort it is to see genuine, clean, comedy for everyone. Great example of why we all need to laugh more, and stop being so angry.
You are a cool boomer sir. 😁
True!
Dammit Jim!
You’re right!
It’s sad really. How many of these punk kids know how to read an actual map? Or find north without google maps. Or set small game snares. And if they did manage to snare a rabbit, how to clean and cook it? Hell, I would be shocked if they managed to start a fire to do so... I want to see a fight between two 17 yr olds from 1940 vs 10 25 yr olds of today. I know who I am betting against... the end of mankind is nigh. Personally, I’m looking forward to it.
You need dirty comedy as much as you need clean comedy.
This guy is really funny without political crap and cussing every other word.
I'm loving David Spades new show. His rule is NO POLITICS ! I was like HELL YEA COMEDY IS BACK!
@@lisaindahouse1304 you bet!
There was one reference to politics (”I’m going to make my yard great again” 🤣) but I think your comment still holds up.
And that Alaska-Hawai map thing was kind of about the politics.
That's because politics and cursing don't add to or take away from comedy. It's the jokes, Jordan. The jokes. With that being said, multiple cheesy jokes denigrating a younger generation is most certainly political. Either way this guy is far from really funny. His dad jokes and one liners are a little corny for my taste.
Comedy GOLD!!!
I'm pushing 59, because I survived all the crap I was forced to protect my children from doing.
Drybar’s video title department just screwed this man over
Clearly not since his viewed videos are more than most
@@MrBassbump It's probably the shock factor. That's why I clicked.
@Al Bundy ok boomer
@@J_Iz_Ok ?
Not necessarily, but its still kind of a crap thing to do

@Jane Doe Its a comedy show that wouldnt work for the joke. Relax zoomer. Learn to enjoy life and not pick it apart.
"Felt good to slam the phone down!" Yeah, I actually miss those days! 😆
I still remember the home phone number 🤣🤣😂😂🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️💯🙌🏾
Not if you’ve ever been hit in the head by one
I grew up in the 2000's but since we weren't the richest people we had a bunch of older hand-me-down type things, my favorites were the record player that you'd have to crank, one of those giant old TV's, and the rotary phone that would make the chiiiiing if you slammed it.
I remember growing up wanting a flip phone for that same reason but I got smart phones instead XD
We don’t slam phones down now, we go into town and loot the shopping district.
If it wasn't for the UA-cam algorithm, I wouldn't have found this. Absolutely hysterical 🤣
I'm 31 and I relate to this guy
Accidentally stumbled on this man, and was going to spend a few minutes watching. Ended up watching the whole thing. Mr. Upton is a master of his craft.
Same here!
I did the same thing.
I can't believe I'm just finding this guy right now. He seems like he's been doing this a long time, both for his age and that he's a great and hilarious performer. We need more of him.
When we first got a cordless phone, it kept wandering into all the rooms. My young daughter said, "They should put a cord on it so it doesn't get lost!"
Ha Ha!! Ah, to be a fly on the wall ~
🤦🏽♂️😂😂 give that kid a prize. And protect her at any cost. There are people out there who's whole mission in life would be to destroy her logic. 😂😂
That is so funny!!😄
I remember the thrill our first cordless phone caused in our house 😂😂 when it rang for the first time when we were on the terrace i was absolutely BAMBOOZLED. I was like 7 years old, i should mention.
That would fit in his act perfectly 😂
this guy is hilarious...I'm a 65 yo baby boomer...I can totally relate to everything he said...obviously a very intelligent man.
I’m 17 and this doesn’t offend me at all. This dude is funny.
Same and I’m 18 years old freakin hilarious 🤣🤣

"they don't know what that means. they don't know what that means. they don't know what that means". that was a good one for those of us who grew up with 45s.
I still don't understand it
I have cabin fever Casey he’s making a joke about when a record player breaks, it somewhat repeats over and over.
Some of us still do. Thought 2 reasons, you like the way it sounds, or you collect records. Oh, there is a 3rd type as well, fraking hipsters...the people who somehow ruin every subculture...
I mean cds do the same thing when they're damaged
@@nunote2362 You are kind of right, records use vibration to create sound(bit more complex but I already have a habit of over explaining and writing walls of text.) And CDs use light. Also the reason a record repeats when "skipping" is because the arm, or stylus keeps bouncing back, landing the stylus in the same place over and over. CD "skipping" is a lot more erratic, it can repeat, or skip entire tracks, or jump randomly around one song.
Oh I am not trying to be a smug jerk, or even correcting you, because you are kind of right...I am just bored so I explained how they are different. And I probably did a poor job at it, but hopefully it makes some sense. Anyway if I have offended you, or I just sound like a jerk. I apologize. ...Anyway... Cheers.
He makes jokes about everything and everybody but he doesn't disrespect anybody
Not everything and everybody - otherwise hed be cancelled. He just knows which things and people to make fun of.
He disrespects poor people that care about their sleep.
@@gumbydar if they're sleeping it won't matter 😂

Yes people need to learn to take a joke
Wow. I don't think many comedians are funny, but this guy is HILARIOUS......AND CLEAN!Talk about an undiscovered treasure!!!
This old school rapid fire comedy is so great.
don't say it like that lol
@@Ghost49590 why, it's a good way of doing it. Instead of doing it all at once, you do it in short but quick bursts
boomers aren't old school, they are the second generation of the current school, in fact they made it mainstream.
@@rattlehead999 the older style of comedy was quick and witty one liners an yeah boomers were born between the mid 40s and 60s id say that qualifies as old school
@@ChristiannTyler the boomers were the second wave of hippies, they pretty much setup the world as it is, all the post great depression and especially post ww2 kids were coddled and softer than previous generations, suddenly feelings became important on a macro level and so on, they made sure the oligarchy thrives, we just kept on increasing the intensity of their ways to be where we are now.

Fell out of my chair at the sell joke because where I am at now I continuously see ads on CL & other sales forums where people post that they are "saleing" this or that for one reason or another. Our school systems have gone down the drain.
The humor is clean, honest and dark. Love it.
No but everyone got along with your mom
