    Start your chicken breast side down first, then flip it to normal halfway through. Chop your garlic and mix it through your softened butter (add herbs and spices) and then either rub it all over the chicken or slip it under the chicken skin. The resulting juices in the bottom of the ninja drawer will make a fantastic gravy. As they say ‘fake it, till you make it’

      Love the sound of this Philip thank you -- really want to try this out today!

      @soniabailey9613 2 дні тому

      Agreed, Philip. I start mine breast-side down on a baking paper liner, then halfway through remove the liner and turn the chicken over. Then I add my salts and spices, and finish cooking breast-side up.

    How are you keeping your global knife sharp, specifically what sharpener do you use?

    • @DADDELIVERS
      @DADDELIVERS  7 місяців тому +1

      Hi Tom
      Thanks for the kind question -- we use the MinoSharp sharpener, which I think is a brabd owned by Global Knives - I think it's the official one.
      I've also used the IKEA and Joseph Joseph ones, but the minosharp ceramic wheels it uses looks like the kindest to the knives.
      Hope this helps!!

    And you season the chicken BEFORE putting it in, you also must season the inside of the bird.
    You put the chicken in with the back side up, then you flip it with the breast up in the end.
