      Walmart sells Mason jars with lids, 12 ounces, a box of 12, around $3.00.

    Add 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt to the base recipe to give them more protein and make them more filling

    Why "non dairy milk?" I love my full cream Buffalo milk.

      Research suggests that soaking oats in milk doesn't remove the phytic acid as well, but feel free to use whichever liquid you prefer. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12716674/

    Why do you say non dairy milk. Can this not be made with regular milk 2 or 3%

      One study I read suggests that dairy won't reduce the phytic acid as much as soaking the oats in water (which is also basically a non-dairy milk) so that's why I choose to use that. But feel free to use any liquid you like.

    sweetie theres a reason why the mason jar is the peoples favorite lol, its because most people are usually on the go and headed to work.. so typically the mason really is able to withstand the bumps and turns along the way , a cap you can screw on is a lot better than a press top. but if you don't travel with you're oats then go off sis
