Added this one to the end of my routine this morning. It was a nice ending to my workout. For those of you that are just starting out, CONGRATULATIONS, you won't regret it. I started working out to Jules two years ago by just doing the 15 minute workouts. I can remember how it was a challenge to get through it but I kept at it and eventually I was doing more and more each day. I also found that I had more energy and I started to feel accomplished and healthy again. Jules has videos for all fitness levels and gives great examples of moves you can do when something isn't working out for you. I promise you will see and feel the difference. Thanks again Jules for all you do for us in creating these videos and motivating us to keep at it.
This little workout saves me when it all gets too much. Heart failure, weight, diabetes, serious kidney disease, getting old, and those days when it’s all too much is when I go back to this one. I do this and those snippets of motivation actually help to clear my sads. I’m not really getting better but I’m not getting worse and every day is a new day, 🎉
Thank you for taking the time to write your comment, Roseanne. You are so right that every day is a new day. Kudos to you for bringing yourself to the workout ‘floor’ to be as healthy as you can.❤️
Fabulous little workout just what I needed as an add on to other exercise. I’m truly grateful that I’m able to exercise. I’m 58 years old, I have inflammatory arthritis & have been exercising daily for 2years 3months. I feel stronger now than I have in a long while. Thank you for all your workouts.
It's great to read that you've been exercising consistently to help with the symptoms of arthritis. So many people stop moving, and you've done the opposite which is great!
Over the years I have tried various exercise videos but have never been able to maintain them. Since finding these I have been doing one almost every day. At 68 years old I am keen to keep my body working, my blood pressure down and avoid diabetes. If I lose weight that would be a bonus. Thank you so much for the variety of such manageable routines.
I LOVE that you are working out for better health and I am so glad that you're enjoying these workouts. I will be getting back to adding more workouts at this level again soon. Thank you so much for letting me know that you appreciate them.❤️
Just found this. I am 73 and have been inactive for awhile. I've tried walking at the gym but I can only do two rounds and my back hurts. I'm extremely overweight and trying to get myself healthy enough to walk longer. I have added this to my daily routine doing it every couple of hours throughout my day. Thank you
Hi Jackie, thanks for taking the time to write a comment. I love your idea of doing this every few hours. That's a great way to make it manageable, yet getting in lots of steps within the day. I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize all of the workouts into the playlists. You'll find plenty more like this one in the 'gentle level' playlists. I also have all of the workouts on my website at www.improvedhealthforseniors.com. Welcome to my channel! I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out.
Thanks so much for your great feedback. I'm glad to read that you enjoyed the various things in the workout. Thank you very much for subscribing to my channel, too!
Hi Jules: you make the best workout ever. I love everyone of them. I’m 66 years old and I like the different varieties of workout videos. Thanks for making these workout videos. 😅😅😅
I love love love your 10 minute walks! I do 3-10 minute walks daily interspersing them with either upper or lower body specific workout sessions so they are perfect. And love the 30 second walks between the exercises on some of the sessions. And this one with the wonderful quotes is the best of them all! So thank you. 🤗 Really appreciate you and your workouts. 💥🥰
Thank you so much for your great feedback. I love that you're using the 10 min walks throughout the day to get in more physical activity. Thank you for taking the time to write your uplifting comment. It's definitely appreciated!🥰
32 years old, found this channel looking up home workouts; I haven't been active in a long time and for many years I've struggled and failed to lose weight, and now I'm using a CPAP machine, am pre-diabetic, and going up and down stairs/walking around the neighborhood or down a city street SUCKS. I've tried anything you can think of to get healthier and going to the gym is a nightmare, surrounded by other guys my age who are bulky/muscular and I can barely lift a dumbell. Perhaps I'm being hard on myself, but you get the idea. I'm gonna try these workouts out. Good luck to everybody on their health journeys!
I am absolutely thrilled to have you here. Honestly, you CAN do this. You don't need to go to a gym to get fit and strong. My recommendation is just to make sure you come back EVERY SINGLE day. I'm not saying that to have you come back and use my workouts. I'm saying it because making fitness a daily plan will help you to reach your goals, and it'll make movement a habit. Once you start doing these more, you'll WANT to come back because you'll be feeling really good, and you'll miss it if you don't work out. To help you get started, I have 3 levels of workouts on my channel (gentle, beginner and intermediate). I also have various strength training videos. If you're totally new to strength workouts, please let me know and I'll include some that I hope you might enjoy. If you have some experience lifting weights, I'll suggest other ones. Just let me know in a reply, and I'll add the links for you. I would love for you to enjoy movement and exercise and I'm more than happy to help guide you with various videos. In combination with these workouts, just try to eat healthy. Don't diet. Eat, but aim to eat healthier foods and ensure you eat enough protein throughout the day. And, drink lots of water throughout the day (always have a water bottle with you and when you're hungry, drink water first, and then have your snack or meal). Don't ever quit...you CAN succeed. I have a great post on my blog which I truly hope will help to inspire you. These are of seniors, but the message is the same, we can all get stronger: www.improvedhealthforseniors.com/post/age-is-just-a-number-seniors-who-inspire
@@Qdogg411 Excellent! You can start with any of the gentle or beginner cardio workouts (try some out to see which ones work best for you). I have strength workout calendars on my website. If you go to my website, you'll see the 'workout calendar' tab at the top of the site. I have created 6 levels of calendars. Maybe start with the first level, see how those workouts feel, and then go from there. If you don't like them, let me know and I'll give you other ones to try. I also have cardio calendars there, too:)
I'm recovering from a minor procedure, and today is the day marked "Some gentle exercise"...so this one was perfect! It'll be a few more days before I can get back to vigorous exercise, so I'm super appreciative of all the choices you've provided for every level of exercise intensity. Sure do miss my good cardio workouts, so I have good self-motivation to ease back into things!
I pick this one for the night instead of watching TV. I make sure I do some kind of exercise in a day or night ❤😊😊 I feel so much better when I do exercise. Thanks Jules ❤️
This wonderful lady does the best workouts I love them all and at 66 years old I love using different ones each day mix and match for me I love them all the 15 minute ones are my favourites I do 3 each day at intervals thank you jules 🥰🥰
I just want to say thank you so much for creating these gentle walking workouts. I had lower back surgery a month ago and had a titanium disk and four screws put between my L4 and L5 vertebrae. I was told to not exercise for another two months when I went for my 2-week checkup. After not exercising for four weeks, I could tell that I was losing muscles in my legs and arms and I didn't like it! I realized I will have to start completely over from the beginning to build up my muscles again. I am 68 years old, so am not looking forward to having to start over! Anyway, I found your UA-cam channel a long time ago and so I checked to see if you had any easy videos I could do without hurting anything in my back since I'm not supposed to Bend, Lift or Twist (BLT makes it easy to remember but also makes me hungry!). This video is perfect for me! I wanted to start out slowly with about a 10-minute video and I found this one and a couple other gentle ones. They are helping to build back my muscles slowly without hurting my back. I also really love the motivational blurbs you put throughout this video. They encourage me to keep going. I really appreciate you and your willingness to help us old folks! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I think you are awesome!
Good morning, Betty. I want to say a HUGE thank you to you for writing your comment/feedback. I truly appreciate that you took the time to let me know what you enjoy about the gentle workouts and I'm so glad to read that you are taking it slowly as you build your strength back safely. I wish you all the best as you gain your strength back.💖
AMAZING!!! Doesn't it feel great? I've been working out lots more than usual as well and have to say feeling strong is the best feeling. I'm so glad you're feeling the benefits. Consistency really makes a difference.
I am 77, 40 lbs overweight and recovering from breast cancer surgery last month. This video has made me so hopeful of getting my energy back. Thank you for the inspirational words. Watching from Idaho. Margie
Thanks for your great feedback, Margie. I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate). If you liked this one, you can find plenty more at this level under the 'gentle level' playlists. You can absolutely get stronger again. Welcome to my channel!
What a beautiful workout. It's another gentle workout to add to my repertoire when I'm not up for a more strenuous workout, but I do want to get my movement in for the day.
I have a Parkinson's decease (I am just 40 y.o.) but I must keep moving every day, even now when the weathet is hot. So, thanks Jules for workouts which are not over difficult and get me movtivation for keeping move despite the hot weather. I have just done 3 workouts in a row from this playlist, partly with my children (10, 12, 14 y.o.). Thanks and love from Ukraine.
Hi Liz, I had a guest join me for a specialized Parkinson's workout which is on my other channel. It's a seated workout, but you can modify and do it standing as well. It's a great workout. I'll add the link to my other channel for you so you can try it. It is under my most recent videos: youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts My girls are 11 and 13...fun ages! I'm so glad your kids are working out with you (at least part of the time!).
@@ImprovedHealth Several days ago I known about your another chanell. But now my health lets me to do usual workouts, without sitting. Maybe later... I will share your second channel with other people who need it. Thank you for your job :-*
I needed those reminders. This was a great wake up gentle morning routine. Most morning workouts on UA-cam are way to rigorous for the morning. My brain is not fully awake yet. Great routine.
After 4 months of anxiety I am slowly getting myself back up on my feet and this is my first exercise today! Yay! Proud of myself and so grateful to you for your motivation and your videos!
I have been enjoying the Improved health workouts. There are so many of them, it's hard to choose. Right now I am doing Gentle ones due to illness. Thank you for helping me recover.
Hi Joanne, thanks so much for letting me know that the gentle workouts are working well for you right now. In case you aren't aware, I categorize all of the workouts into the playlists and also have them all on my website at www.improvedhealthforseniors.com. Hopefully that'll allow you to see all of the gentle ones together so it'll be easier to choose. Once you find your favourites in the playlists, you can hit 'save' under the video and put them into a favourites file. I hope that helps!
Good Tuesday morning 🌄 I pick this one to do before work. Instead of watching TV 📺. I am so glad that I found your workouts. I am exercising more ❤❤❤ Thanks again ❤😊
Thanks for letting me know that you're enjoying the workouts, Shelley, and welcome to my channel! I have the 3 levels categorized in the playlists (gentle, beginner and intermediate).
I can’t workout for more than 10 minutes because off my chronic Lyme disease. But I did want to get more exercise. I started with 10 minutes once a day and now manage to do it sometimes twice a day. I am curious to see if I will manage to expand thuis further, but am already very happy with this. Thanks for the gentle workout, you help me a lot with this. I know I will never become an advanced fitnessgirl, but exercise is something everyone needs. On bad days I skip or walk alone on the music while you do the exercises. I can adjust it to how much i can handle that day. Thanks again for providing this opportunity. Regards, Dieuwke from the Netherlands.
When I was in the Netherlands last year my family there told me how bad the ticks are...I thought it was a North American thing. Kudos to you for searching for appropriate workouts that you CAN do and for modifying them as needed. I truly hope over time that you will be able to do more. For now though, I hope you take pride in knowing that you are doing what your body can handle.🫂

If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'gentle level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out.

I just want to say thank you for all your wonderful workouts. I started doing your them a few months ago and I can't believe that I've stuck with it. Although I have tried a lot of your other workouts, this one is still my favourite. I am also doing your beginners strength training 3 times every week. I now feel much fitter than before, have much more energy and I'm losing a bit of weight. I am so grateful to you! I'm definitely going to keep going with this!
Thank you SO much for taking the time to let me know that you're enjoying the workouts that I create. I LOVE reading that you're sticking with it and feeling the changes. A massive congrats for adding strength training on 3x a week, too. It really makes a difference when strength workouts are added in. One day at a time and you'll continue to see changes.💪
I loved this gentle walk, Jules💙, and shall follow it up with a strength session in a bit. Thank you for the nuggets of wisdom...I sometimes do forget how fortunate I am to be able to exercise in some form, many thanks for reminding me. I look forward to continuing my journey to improved health with you🚶♀
loved this! Shared it with my coaching group.... some of whom are seasoned exercisers. The motivational thoughts throughout this video are great reminders that "Baby I'm worth it!"
Just discovered this one and I'm going to start every day with it - I LOVE the encouraging quotes - such great motivation to carry with me throughout the day!

I absolutely love your workouts....they are my favorite ones that I've ever found. I do at least 2 of them every single day and I feel so healthy and strong. Thank you so much!!!
Hi Jules! Loved this walk! In fact, I loved it so much that I did it twice in a row. 🤣 It's awesome how even with gentle exercise, I am gaining benefits. Additionally, so many of the motivational messages in today's video felt like they were truly for me. Thank you yet again for another great video that will become part of my rotation! --Sandy
I did this one 3 times today! I think I like the short ones because I don't have time to think "is it over yet?" Believe me it's not you. It's me. Don't like to exercise but I need some movement. Loved the motivational phrases, too. Thank you!
Oh yay! I'm so glad that you enjoyed this one enough to do 3 times today. I have lots of short videos on my channel and I hope you enjoy more of them when you try them out.
28, 10 2023 Hi Jules, do you think it's crazy to choose the easiest lightest exercises to do? These last 7 days since I started exercising I kept going for these gentle and easy exercises. I am starting to feel like exercising again, I managed a week without break against odds since I am taking strong antibiotics for my toothache. But I enjoy, yes, I love these ones now. I am a bit afraid of the ones I used to do because they are too hard for me now. Anyway, I am glad I have found this gentle walk. It's the first time I did it. Lovely video, nice background picture.
If you love these ones, I'd absolutely recommend sticking with them. If you ever want to do more, just add on an extra one later in the day. No pressure, though. For now, enjoy movement and be proud that you're returning each day.
I continue to absolutely love the 10 and 15 minute workouts with you. It's just what I need to move my whole body and get cardio plus some strength training at the same time. With having lots of health issues, like fibromyalgia as well as being a senior, yours are absolutely the best workouts for me! I'm doing them nearly every day and hope to eventually do them twice a day. Thank you again for this wonderful service for people like me.
Thank you for your lovely comment. I’m glad to know that you’re enjoying the workouts and I love reading that you are looking forward to adding more workouts into your day in the future when you can.❤️
Did this one this morning as I’m getting over Covid and having a lot of joint pain. It felt good to move a little and hopefully I can get back to the intermediate workouts soon.
I'm glad to see that you're starting back with a more gentle workout after being unwell. I'll have a new 10 min one up tomorrow (since I just got over the flu and vertigo, and like you, need to start back slowly!).
Just completed this workout Jules. I miss your soft and gentle voice guiding us along and letting us know what’s coming up. I couldn’t really read what was on the screen because the color of the print was too light, at least on my side. Don’t know if anyone else had the same problem or not, but another great workout. Got my heart rate up and I can feel it in my legs, so did one of your stretching videos.
Thanks for the feedback about the light print. I do talking and no-talking videos, but the no-talking are definitely more popular. It's always a difficult decision for me to decide which ones to make.
Hello, thank you so much for this straightforward, gentle workout video! I’m about 14 pounds heavier than this time last year and I’ve been feeling pretty miserable about it. I’ve stumbled upon your channel and I’m feeling so much more optimistic about starting my exercise journey again as a lot of the time workouts can seem intense and intimidating and often times it puts me off straight away! So thank you for putting these achievable workouts out there! I’d like to lose a few pounds in time for Christmas and I hope (along with a healthier diet) these videos will help!🤍
Hi! I'm so glad to read that you're looking forward to these workouts, and that you're combining the workouts with healthy eating. By doing both, I'm sure you'll see results quickly in time for Christmas. Thank you for writing your kind comment.
I've been ill and have had medical issues a lot this year, but I always get back into the exercise routine with your help Jules. It helps me to feel better and less helpless. I just did this one and I'm going to do it again because it's perfect for me at this moment. As always, a big thank you!
Hello Jules ☺️. I just finished the two workouts again ❤. I feel so happy 😀. My paracetamol helped me alot and the pain isn't as bad this morning 😊. I went grocery shopping first thing and had a really lovely time at the checkout 😅. The two ladies were so funny 🤣 and we all had a great laugh 😄. This fed my mood for a happy exercise session 😊❤😊. I'm going to do some rebounding later on this afternoon after my lunch has gone down. Thank you again for being there 😊.💐🙏💐
I'm back! 😊 I thought I'd restart exercising with your 'Gentle Motivational Walk' The quotes were very encouraging and they triggered a little fire that I thought had gone out! Going to do another workout after this one. Thank you Jules for everything you do for us on UA-cam and behind the scenes. A x 🎈
Oh YAYYYYYY!!! Welcome back to regular exercise, Annette! You chose the perfect workout for restarting with the motivational quotes. I'm so glad to read that the fire inside of you is back! 💃
I loved this so much! I'm often completely sapped of energy after work, and doing workouts always feel forced, like a chore. I've struggled with emotional/stress eating all my life, and know very well how we beat ourselves up over it, day after day. The affirmations in this one were so touching, and just what I needed. This will be my new evening workout - not to get all sweaty and out of breath - but to improve my health, reduce my stress, and maybe learn to believe in myself more. Thank you for this video!
I LOVE what you wrote. Exercise should be about improving our health (hence why I gave my channel that name), and for reducing stress and for just being healthier over all without feeling the need to push beyond our limits (especially as we age). I'm so glad that you enjoyed this one. I have plenty more gentle workouts under the 'gentle level' playlists for when you want more variety down the road.🫂
Phase 2 day 6! ✅️😊 Wow Jules! Loved all the motivational quotes with each exercise, they're so true! 6 months in and I was able to make your workout my own by adding a little squat here and there, a little jog and slightly higher kicks than when I first started! You alone are keeping me on track! Thank you superwoman! 🦸🏼♀️ A 🎈
It’s perfect for me to get a short gentle workout today. Relaxing! I appreciate your words full of advice with wisdom and encouragement! Thanks Jules❤️
Thank you very much! You made my day begin with positivity today! I am a bit sick and I sad a wasted day but when I saw 10mins for beginners and low impact and got out of bed and did them slowly. I am so satisfied now that I did something good today. Thank you for the month claendar I only saw this today and subscribed to this channel thank you.
Thanks so much for subscribing! Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'gentle level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out.
@@ImprovedHealth will try to figure out the beginner playlist then. Tomorrow I will search for try to find the 2nd feb link or wait for the video it will be uploaded before I wake up like today. Thanks so very much. I am from Malta
Good morning Jules:) Thank you sooooo much for this short but powerful exercise video!!! A very peaceful way to start the morning. Your encouraging words were the icing on top of the cake. Thank you for caring about all of us by doing these videos and adding encouragement:) Have a wonderful day Jennifer
Congrats for being here, and for working out. A gentle workout is still exercise, and great for the body & mind. You can find lots more like this in the 'gentle level' playlist.
Added this to another 20-minute workout this morning, and it was a perfect workout. I also liked the motivational words throughout the video. They're always so helpful. Thanks!
I am new to your videos and I love them. I just subscribed. I am 70 years old and I have fibromyalgia and arthritis and a bad knee. I love the variety of your workouts. Depending on how I feel I can combine workouts to do a shorter or longer combination of videos. Sometimes I do the gentle walk and then a more vigorous one. If a move is difficult I can modify it. I also do the standing abs workout. I’ve lost around 25 pounds in the last 13 weeks and as I lose more and the exercise gets easier I will try some of the longer videos. Thank you for these videos. They keep me motivated. ❤
Thank you so much for taking the time to write your comment, Martha. I am very happy to read about the progress you're seeing in 13 weeks...that's amazing and I certainly hope you are very proud of your accomplishments so far. Congrats for not making excuses, and for finding workouts that work for you each day. I'm so glad that the 3 levels provide you with the variety you need to keep going. Kudos to you for your determination to keep moving forward! I definitely look forward to reading about your progress again in the future.
Julie tonight I relaxe in my sofas after 3 shorts exercices today as I like to do and I am watching this vidéo and reading all the nice things you share with us. It's really motivate , thank You and its an other one to do in the morning or after meel 🌞
I wasn't feeling well today and wanted to do something gentle but still get a little bit of cardio in. This one was perfect for that. Also, I really love the motivational quotes sprinkled throughout.
Nice to have a few short cardio workouts in the toolkit! I really needed this today! Thank you! Today is a rest day, but I’ve been sitting too much and watching what is going on in the world! This really helped me turn around my mood!
Thank you SO much for letting me know that you enjoyed this one. If you look at my playlists, you'll find lots of workouts similar to this one under the 'gentle level' workouts. I hope you enjoy more of them. Welcome to my channel!

Thank you Jules! I’d love to see those videos. I saw that post and if they can do it I know I can :)
I'm so glad you found Jules❤. I'm feeling so much better after working out with her 😊.
Glad to read that you're easing back into it...definitely the wisest thing to do. You'll have lots of time to get back to the other workouts.
I pick this one for the night instead of watching TV. I make sure I do some kind of exercise in a day or night ❤😊😊 I feel so much better when I do exercise. Thanks Jules ❤️
I love that you chose to exercise instead of watching TV.
This wonderful lady does the best workouts I love them all and at 66 years old I love using different ones each day mix and match for me I love them all the 15 minute ones are my favourites I do 3 each day at intervals thank you jules 🥰🥰
Aww, thank you, Edna! What a wonderful comment to read this evening. I definitely appreciate that you took the time to write it.🫂
I''m 73, and am now on day 5 of this wonderful workout, 3xs daily. Absolutely perfect. I encourage all ages to give it a try.
Thank you for your great feedback. Kudos to you for making the time to do this 3x a day!
I wish you all the best as you gain your strength back.💖
Love your workouts! I tried others but, keep coming back to this site. I especially appreciate the encouraging words too!
Thanks so much for letting me know that, Carla.💖
Combined 3 of your workouts today. I am being consistently consistent. I am seeing results and feeling good also. Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to comment.💗
It is under my most recent videos: youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts
My girls are 11 and 13...fun ages!
Thanks so much for your lovely feedback. I enjoyed reading it.😀
After 4 months of anxiety I am slowly getting myself back up on my feet and this is my first exercise today! Yay! Proud of myself and so grateful to you for your motivation and your videos!
That is great news! Thanks so much for sharing that with me.
Good morning Jules 🌞 🌄☕🌄🌞 What a lovely way to start off the day! Have a fantastic day and weekend ahead!! 🌈❤🌈
Thanks Mala.🥰

Good Tuesday morning 🌄
I pick this one to do before work.
Instead of watching TV 📺.
I am so glad that I found your workouts. I am exercising more ❤❤❤
Thanks again ❤😊
So glad you chose exercise today!
8 days out post surgery and so glad I found your channel. I just did the 10 minute walking workout-slowly. Felt great to move!!
Thanks for letting me know that you're enjoying the workouts, Shelley, and welcome to my channel! I have the 3 levels categorized in the playlists (gentle, beginner and intermediate).
I greatly appreciate the encouraging words you post throughout the exercise. I need all of them. Thank you.
Thank you! I always hope the quotes help.
@@ImprovedHealth they do
I can’t workout for more than 10 minutes because off my chronic Lyme disease.
I’m 63 and starting today! It was a good workout for me.❤

So good! I appreciate your mentioning that several shorter workouts are as good as 1 long. That is what my body prefers.
I think that works best for a lot of people:)
I’m 80 , this is a good morning workout, thank you.

I've been feeling under the weather for the past few days, and this was a great way to still get some movement in. Thank you!
I'm so glad this one was manageable with how you're feeling. I hope you feel better soon!
I have CRPS in both legs, and your gentle programs are a godsend for getting back into moving after a flare. Thank you.
Thanks so much for your feedback.❤️
I look forward to continuing my journey to improved health with you🚶♀
Perfect for me before work and sitting all day. What a nice surprise to have the little motivations to read along the way. Thank you!
loved this! Shared it with my coaching group.... some of whom are seasoned exercisers. The motivational thoughts throughout this video are great reminders that "Baby I'm worth it!"
We are all worth it...I was hoping this video would remind people of that. Thanks so much for sharing the video!
Just discovered this one and I'm going to start every day with it - I LOVE the encouraging quotes - such great motivation to carry with me throughout the day!
Thank you so much for your feedback. I really appreciate it! If you liked this one, you'll find more like it in the 'gentle level' standing playlists.
Just done exercise by following you on tv through Chromecast.
I am from India, 65 years old 😊

I added this to my return to walking it was terrific Thanks Jules.
Thanks for letting me know that you enjoyed it, Joan.
Good morning. The best start for the day.
Thank you!!!!!
--Sandy
I'm so glad to read the quotes resonated with you. Thank you for letting me know that you enjoyed it enough to do it twice!
@ImprovedHealth I need another one of the 10 minute ones today and I'm going to do it a second time right now! Maybe I'll get a third time in, too!
Amazing!!!@@cyndij8312
Just love all the positive statements you put in this and other videos - so encouraging.
Thanks Wendy. I enjoy picking the quotes out to hopefully help motivate and encourage viewers.
Nice easy one for the “quiet” days. Thank you! 💞💪🏻
@@ImprovedHealth thank you Jules. I’m so happy I found you.
Your words of encouragement are appreciated. Even non-beginners like myself can use this for a pleasant walk after a meal.
I think we all need the reminders of the quotes once in a while.
I’m so glad to see you are still exercising and doing what you can. Hopefully the quotes in this one will help.🫂
Thank you again for being there 😊.💐🙏💐
Oh, wonderful! I'm so glad that you got out, enjoyed movement and exercise and had a good day overall. ❤️
I loved the workout and found the inspirational quote you shared on the screen to be a plus! Thank you. 🌹
Thank you for the feedback:)
Another excellent video! I love ❤️ the music 👍🏾
Thank you!
I'm back! 😊
I thought I'd restart exercising with your 'Gentle Motivational Walk'
The quotes were very encouraging and they triggered a little fire that I thought had gone out!
Going to do another workout after this one.
Thank you Jules for everything you do for us on UA-cam and behind the scenes.

Oh YAYYYYYY!!! Welcome back to regular exercise, Annette! You chose the perfect workout for restarting with the motivational quotes. I'm so glad to read that the fire inside of you is back! 💃
Hi. I finished the workout and had a wee cry of happiness 😊. You're so right, the wee notes of encouragement really got me ❤😢❤.
Wow Jules!
Loved all the motivational quotes with each exercise, they're so true!
6 months in and I was able to make your workout my own by adding a little squat here and there, a little jog and slightly higher kicks than when I first started!
You alone are keeping me on track!
Thank you superwoman! 🦸🏼♀️

Added this to another 20-minute workout this morning, and it was a perfect workout. I also liked the motivational words throughout the video. They're always so helpful. Thanks!
I'm kind of a sucker for quotes...I find they definitely help.
