    But I have to add, the part where you nonchalantly talk about interrogating women and children is very disturbing

      If you are suggesting that I should be ashamed for my work in the US Military...Arguably the most respectful, slow-to-pull-a-trigger, generous (of time, money, human-life, and professional expertise), rule of law oriented with due process, then I consider you do some research. I did a job that few women have ever done and few people will ever understand, and I will never be ashamed for that. I was in the homes of extremely violent terrorists in the middle of the night. This method literally saved lives and was an opportunity only appropriate for a fit woman to serve in amidst a male-dominated culture, to show respect to their women/children by not having a man do the job.

      Like I said, loved the video but that “small talk” was concerning. To hear that after talking about watering plans was jarring.

      @@oliviab3807 I actually appreciated the “small talk” and interesting stories cause it kept my mind off of my burning glutes and lower back.
      Honestly a lot of the work that is done in the military to keep us safe is jarring, which is why not everyone is meant for it, but we are eternally grateful for the sacrifice to do a job that many of us are incapable of doing 😊🇺🇸

      @@colivier09 if that’s your idea of “interesting small talk” than OK 👌
      I too support our troops, but I don’t blindly support wars. That’s an important distinction for me. And wars that last for 20 years where women and children are interrogated in the middle of the night is more than just a small talk conversation- my personal opinion.
      I’m not here to have a political debate, I truly enjoyed the video but just wanted to give a different perspective on a very serious topic in the middle of otherwise a very pleasant workout.
      This will be the last time I respond to this thread cause I don’t want to keep going around in cycles.

    Thank you for this! I was stuck inside today (run day on the training plan), but it was cold and rainy. This definitely hit the spot at 18+ weeks! (Also, I wanted to add, thank you for your years of service. I appreciate your bravery and everyone's who has gone abroad to serve and protect! What you did for our country -- and for the non-violent Afghan population -- is REAL and you have as much a right to talk about it as anyone!)

    Love this! I am 32 weeks pregnant with #5, and while I always stay very active and keep running through pregnancies, I feel there is still such a stigma with intense exercise and pregnancy. Videos like this are so refreshing

    i started the calendar workout around 18 weeks pregnant. I am currently 23 weeks pregnant and loving your workouts. 4th baby on the way and this has been my strongest pregnancy. usually by now i am having hip and lower back problems, having lightening crotch. don't get me started on bathroom problems. Now i forget i am pregnant sometimes and feel somewhat as strong as i was before pregnancy. thank you for making this helpful community. I didn't know how to continue working out safely while pregnant and now i tell all my friends you've made it simple!

    I’m 5 months pregnant. This is the best I sweat every time I always lift at the gym but I take the day to stay home and do your cardio when I want to do cardio. Your the best appreciate you and can’t wait to start your prenatal plan!💖

    34 weeks this week and I could not be happier you posted a 30 minute workout for 2nd/3rd trimester! I do a lot Peloton-ing, but I've been having a lot of tailbone pain the last couple weeks so this workout is perfect to keep me going.

    Doing this video in the third trimester is WAY more challenging than when I did it in the second. I am 37 weeks today. I actually dread those knee slaps. You are amazing and inspiring and I am dripping sweat. This and the shoulder challenge are two of my favorites.

    I love your videos so much! I have been doing them throughout my pregnancy! I am 29 weeks today and had to go in for my 3hr glucose test this morning which has made me very worried. When you were started talking about gestational diabetes not being your fault I just broke down in mid workout. Thank you for the time you take to help women and your encouraging words 💗

    Ive been following a pretty high intensity workout plan for over a year now. I’m 14 weeks pregnant and needed something geared for a pregnant body- I picked this workout for today, thinking it would be “easy”. Ummm… not easy!! Thank you!! I love how it was still intense, without making me feel overheated or over stressing my pelvic floor ect. Awesome cardio! :thumbs up:

    I really enjoyed this exercise. I’m 5 months into my second pregnancy and haven’t been feeling motivated to exercise like I did with the first one at all.     This routine is excellent! I have been using it once or twice a week for a cardio option, and have recently started supplementing it with the "no equipment cardio" video to make it a little longer and add even more variety. I love that it is a combination of fluid movement that gets the heart rate going, but also strength training (squats!). I ran before I was pregnant, but have felt more comfortable walking or hiking and this is my other cardio option. When I get bigger and when it's warmer (I'm due in July!), I may add swimming to the mix : - ). I have loved your prenatal videos, and definitely plan on signing up for your postpartum plan when the time comes. This is my first pregnancy, and I am so grateful to you!

    16 weeks w/ first pregnancy, had severe morning sickness first trimester and it took so much out of me, I thought I would not be able to work out until after the baby came!     This workout was so great!! I’m 25 weeks along with my first and it felt so good to get moving and to do the stretches at the end. Also, you being a veteran is so amazing and inspiring to me! My husband was stationed at Fort Bragg in the 82nd Airborne for 4 years, then did 4 years in the Reserves.     I’m 28 weeks & have been following the prenatal workout plan since week 16! It’s been great!! You really push us & I appreciate it mostly lol, & get frustrated other times lol! But I really respect that.
    I’m so excited to see how this labor progresses versus my 1st 30 hour labor. I walked a lot & danced a bit during my 1st pregnancy but never worked out like this plan.     I hate this video with a burning passion and always dread starting it lol 😂 but no other video compares to how great I feel afterwards.     It gets a little easier each time I do it, but it still tortures me haha. Thanks for all your free videos. I love how you talk throughout the whole thing. It makes the 55/50/45 seconds go quicker.
    Thank you for your military service. My husband was army. He’s out now, medically disabled and now getting a doctorate to get back in the work force. This is our fourth baby and I wish I had known about you in the other pregnancies. I feel stronger and more capable doing these videos. It’s such a blessing.

      Glad you enjoyed this. I'm certainly not opposed to high impact exercise as well depending on the individual- but it can be difficult and inappropriate for some women in later 2nd and 3rd trimesters.

    My favourite! Ashley was the best guide through my first pregnancy and after 12 weeks of the first trimester being totally bedridden (severe nausea) I am BACK! And soooo excited to get back in my body- thank you Ashley!!!

    39 weeks and 5 days and just did this workout! If you don’t have her prenatal program, you need it! I started at 18 weeks and it’s been so amazing working out every day through this pregnancy with baby #3! You got this ladies!

    17 weeks with baby number 4. I did your 12-week pp, 10-min, and about 75% of your LFSC programs after my last baby. My youngest is 2.5 years old and I started exercising consistently with your programs after he was born, and I stuck with it longer than I ever have in my life. I have never exercised consistently throughout any of my pregnancies, but I feel like I can, and I will this time thanks to the strength and endurance I gained through your programs :)

    This weeks grocery haul cashier asked me if my husband would be home to help me unload the haul and I laughed out loud. She should see Ashley's workouts, I thought. Ashley, your shared advice and life experiences have truly gotten me through my first pregnancy. I am surrounded by women who want me to stay motionless. They do not move outside of pregnancy either, and it is hard to maintain respect for my femininity in my daily life.
    I know why you speak as you do. I have several family members, including women, that have served in the military. I commend what you said on this video. You simply stated what your job was and I hope you do not feel regret for sharing! I often discourage myself from sharing my truth due to others reactions, so here is a positive one to counter act those that are less so

      Bronwynn, How many weeks along are you in your first pregnancy right now? CONGRATS! I'm so happy you took the time to write, and to share, and know that you are setting the example for what your baby boy or girl will look to up. You will be teaching them that they, too, can do hard things. Good for you for being respectful to family members who disagree with you taking care of your body during pregnancy, you may just become the first inspirational person who changes their minds for the better through your own healthy pregnancy and postpartum journey to come.

    40weeks + 2days and I am so proud to have finished that workout completely! Dripping sweat and burned 250 calories but feels so good! Trying to get this baby out as much I can.. been following since 25 weeks and have taken some breaks in between but each time I feel better and stronger! Thank you Ashley ❤

    23 and some weeks with baby #4. First pregnancy doing glowbody, though! Got pregnant when on the pp plan then switched over to the prenatal plan after I finished that up. I'm absolutely loving it! Definitely in the best shape I've been since having my first child.

    I’m 12 weeks tomorrow so only first trimester but this was challenging for me in the best way possible! My favorite workout by far. I’ve been following your workouts since I got pregnant and didn’t know you were in the military, I have extra respect for you now. You’re one tough momma ☺️❤️

    Wow! I can’t believe it’s taking me so long to click this cardio. Typically, on cardio days I hop on the bike for a peloton ride. This equally got my heart rate. I’m currently 36 weeks with baby #5 and have enjoyed your plans for the past pregnancies as well. I truly admire your strength, faith and heart .     So glad i found this today! Was supposed to go to the gym this morning but the kids took extra long to get ready so we never made it out of the house lol. Im 35 weeks and 4 days today with baby number 7. I keep up with teaching zumba and lifting 💪 I feel great, thank you Lord ❤️ thanks for having these videos available

    I am 30 weeks pregnant. This is my third pregnancy. My youngest is 10 years old so it has been awhile. When I had my first two, I was younger and in good shape. This time around, I was overweight pre pregnancy and while I planned to workout during this pregnancy, I have not until today. I have not gained any weight so far during my pregnancy but I have had some challenges. This workout was just what I needed. I was sore but in a good way. I made it thru to the end. I feel great. I love hearing all the positive things that working out was doing for me and my baby during the workout. Thank you so much for this. I feel so motivated. I will be working out to your videos until my delivery and postpartum.
