    I love your personality! It just fits my style. I tend to cheat myself on working hard, but your gentle pushes remind me that I can do more and that I will really feel better if I go as hard a my body lets me! 😊😊 This is my first pregnancy but, I love how transparent you are in your videos with kids and dog, You have no need to apologize for that. God created the family and kids are a blessing! It's encouraging to see you engaging your girl iworkoututs because she is more precious than a "perfect" workout video! Thank you!
    Also, I found you chanellele while looking for safe for pregnancy running videos, your encouraging words in the video was exactly what I needed at the time! I am at 9wk now, and we are waiting to tell family until Christmas (three weeks to go!!), but up till watching the vid on running I felt so alone and was being hard on myself, I didn't know how to process what I was feeling and going through.     Another great video! Being a mom is so hard and you’re doing a great job obviously. Surrogate baby at 30 weeks and we are hanging in there with your workouts and hoping for another smooth delivery.     Currently 4 months postpartum, and just wanted to come back to drop a comment. Your prenatal workouts were so helpful! I followed them all the way through my pregnancy, and I genuinely think they helped shorten my labor. I’m a first time mom, and my baby was 9 1/2 lbs (twelve days past his due date). My family has a history of looooong labors, but mine was only (ha) 19 hours and only 45 minutes of pushing. The nurses were shocked he came out so quickly! Thanks for making these workouts available. Currently finishing up your postpartum workout program. 😊

      At 39 weeks I find this is the perfect workout - intense and challenging but not too much, so I feel energized and can still carry on with my day. Also, something about this being without any equipment allows me to trick my brain into thinking this will be easy (which it isn't) on days where I feel sluggish and would rather skip my workout... Thank you for this and all your other amazing videos, Ashley!😊

    Thanks for the workout! I’m 7.5mp pp and traveling for work. Also have a 3.5 year old. This was perfect for a hotel workout. I love that you talk through the entire workout because it helps keep my mind off of my legs shaking and going into muscle failure. 😂 also love that you continue making new videos while pregnant and have your kids and dogs in the video. It’s Real life!!! 🙌 yes, you said ear to chin and I was honestly mentally trying to imagine my ear touch my chin bahahaha.

    Just found your content and so grateful! I am pregnant with baby #2 first trimester and very early. Have one daughter who is almost 9! I am doing some things different this pregnancy including being more active and consistent! I really want to be on top of my pelvic floor health since last pregnancy I experienced failure to progress during labor. Will definitely be following you and your free guide through pregnancy.     I would feel so badly if I didn't express my IMMENSE gratitude for you and your wonderful content! I have followed the prenatal program through two pregnancies, the 12 week Post-Pregnancy Plan, the 8 minute plan, the 10 minute plan, and started the LFSC Plan before getting pregnant. Huge fan here! I cannot believe how much stronger I started out after this pregnancy. I also was able to reach my goal of an unmedicated birth this time thanks to the physical strength and endurance I built up, but also the mental space the workouts helped me to get to. I also used several of your suggestions in your video detailing helpful positions for unmedicated labor. I would STRONGLY encourage anyone to get any of Ashley's plans! They really have been the most safely effective workouts I have found for busy moms. It is also a plus for me that Ashley focuses fitness on helping your body to be strong and able to respond to the demands of life and not on how to fit your body into a societal mold of "beauty." That was a long gush, but I just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you!

    Hi Ashley, greetings from Germany. I am now in week 34 with my first child. I have been doing your workouts throughout my pregnancy. Being a sports climber and Yoga enthusiast I found them challenging yet suitable. I am convinced they are one reason for me staying fit which I am still.     I had so much suffer with this pregnancy, I didn’t know how to treat my body in this new routine , I felt so weak , like I don’t know how to use well my body , don’t know how to move it…

    I really enjoyed this video. I'm 20 weeks and this is my first workout since conceiving.
    Before my first pregnancy, I was overweight, had a very tough 9 months and gained 60 pounds with my first. Then got into the best shape of my life, dropped 75 pounds and really enjoyed pushing my body.
    Three years later, this is my second pregnancy, already gained 40 pounds, and I've been feeling ready to push myself again.
    This 25 minutes went by so quickly! I'm looking forward to checking out your other videos, and curving my fat gain into muscle again! Thanks!

    Currently 14 weeks pregnant with my second 😊 Not going to lie, this had my leggings burning but I loved it! It’s so hard finding actual challenging workouts.

    34 weeks with baby number 1. Today is the second day I am doing the workout, definitely better than day one. Still a bit challenging but I felt so much energy today than I have in a while. Will keep going. Thank you so much

    This workout is what sucked me in to your channel. I have been doing the prenatal workout plan for almost 3 weeks and I love it! I have a 22 month old and another coming in October. I feel so much stronger this pregnancy, thank you for making this accessible!

    Burn baby burn!! I found you at the end of my last pregnancy and did the ppp. Love it! Yesterday I did the saddlebag work out with a few others and my outer hips were on fire during the ending stretch! Tag on this Pilates video today and ouchie! Those open hinge kicks got me. I am loving this prenatal plan! I cannot believe it’s free!!! What a blessing! Thank you, mama to 4 (13, 3.5,1.5, & due in 10 weeks).

    I'm 25 weeks with baby #5! I have been going through the prenatal plan and have loved it. I have done all of the GlowBodyPT plans starting with the 12 Week PPP after my 4th child, then the 10 Minute, then LFSC + Cardio series, and circling back through the workouts. I'm incredibly thankful I found Ashley's plans, I feel like I could've easily wasted so much time (& money!) trying out other things. Her plans have got me and helped me stay in amazing shape for the past 2.5 years. I am excited to go through all the plans again after this baby is born, and I'm really looking forward to doing Firm 30 this time around! I got pregnant right around when it was released last year.     Currently 32 weeks with my first baby and this was the right amount of challenging. I haven't been as active as I would like during pregnancy so I've committed to making my last trimester as active as possible. Floor work was intense, my glutes are on 🔥

    I absolutely LOVE this! Felt so good. Most prenatal videos especially for 3rd trimester is all about yoga which I hate and find super uncomfortable and unsafe, I’m so glad I stumbled upon your video!! Thank you for this

      Esther, I get all of that, 100%. I am NOT a yoga instructor, nor will I ever be. As you continue to do my training and workout programs (get my Free Prenatal Program here right now: www.glowbodypt.com/10minuteplan ) you'll find that I am very openly a Jesus loving mom and my mobility routines are all about flexibility, recovery, range of motion and injury prevention. You won't find any weirdness in my videos. Congrats on your 3rd trimester!

    I’m 37 weeks with baby number one, I found your content closer to my 3rd trimester but wish I had found it at the beginning! I enjoy mixing it up with this, the labor prep stretching, arms and shoulders. I love that you add your own insight in nutrition and other ways to prep for labor. I’m looking forward to the 12 week postnatal plan and cookbook! Thanks for all you do!
