You guys are funny. It handles a lot better than it appears. Funny thing is, I am the guy who you would want to wad up one of my bikes as it has happened a lot. The smiles are worth every penny lost on the crashes. The MV F4 RR UPGRADED to an RC minus the magnesium cases is going to Moto Forza for a "freshen up" to finish up what I haven't completed. Then back to the track and a call back to Bill to review a second time to squelch the nerves he had on this day. A proper ride and suspension setup for Bill is in order for a real review. And that's of course if I don't get the the new F4 "Claudio" by then. Only 100 made, 10 in the USA, and Moto-Forza has one in their shop right now. Suggested retail at over $83,000.00. If someone beats me to getting thst bike at Moto Forza.. tell them I sent you and the price will be a lot less than $83,000.00... a LOT less....

Augusta f4 is the Ferrari of the motorcycle world. Stunning looks, exclusive, and powerful as hell. Agustin bikes are bad ass, especially the brutale

Great vid! Lucky owner myself. I try to keep mine stock as I think it will be very valuable one day. Also, the stock 4-pipe undertail exhaust is just beautiful, I could never replace it.
I bought my 2014 for 13k and I have sorted out all electronics problems and now I am about 15k into it (not including taxes).This bike get compliments from everybody when they see it.
Now is the time to buy one of these because the price will go up now that they are discontinued... even if it is 15-25 years.
Totally agree with both the exhaust point (no aftermarket one comes close in looks) and about the value increase also.
The original old round 4 pipe exhaust is just gorgeous. The new squared one not so much.
@@JTmoto I like them both. I think the round pipes are only slightly superior in looks as it was the original F4 design (312 is a chad bike lol). Additionally, Bruce Wayne used an original F4R in one of the newer Batman movies.
Let it be clear I think a good problem to be able to choose between both. No regret I’m owning my newer red head step child F4RR. She’s a wild one.
@@naten8666 i hear you. I really want to get one, but I'll be on the market for one in 3 years if I'm early. I'm worried that I might not find one for sale anymore. There's currently two 2014+ F4R's and one 2006 F4 that just looks absolutely gorgeous.
As for now, I'll settle for drooling them and riding my RSV. Just wish there was more MV content online.
Awesome video. I'm torn between this and the SFV4. I have test ridden both and actually felt the MV was more exciting to ride. Which one do you prefer?

The first time i took a roundabout with a scooter i was terrified, so i can't imagine what it feels to drive a heavy weight bike going faster than your hand and brain... But i'm glad you feel terrified, you are a smart professionnal biker, any guy not fearing a monster like that is a dumb stupid big ego suicider!

@@CaliMotoTV The öhlins suspension is stock on the Gen2 F4RR which came in 2 flavors, which was the 2013+ F4RR came with a full öhlins electronic suspension while the 2010-2012 F4RR came with manual Complete öhlins. The Ecu was also different between the 2. with the 2010-2012 using a magneti mareli while the 2013+ came with an Eldor.
@@daviddavid-hq6xz in terms of ECU, what changes the bike does when change to Eldor? Performance improve?
@@COOLS32401 You can't change between the 2. The eldor came with additions such as electronic suspension and quickshift. The maps are also better than on the Magneti. On my 2012 F4RR I replaced the Magneti Ecu with a Microtec (not microtech) and Its a different beast and also adds launch cointrol. The Eldor is also easier to customise. ECU studio is a plug and play solution where the Magneti was a pain
