I worked in a breakfast restarant and we had oatmeal pancakes. The batter always sat for 8 hours before cooking to let the oatmeal soak in the liquid. Might be worth a try to see how they turn out. Love the channel y'all!
I’ve been making a similar recipe for years. 1/3 cup oat flour, one banana, one egg, 1/2 baking powder, splash of vanilla extract. Mix up before heating pan. It needs to sit for those few minutes. Makes two medium large pancakes. Tastes best drizzled with honey. If my current calorie intake allows, I’ll also top with sliced bananas and strawberries.
🍌 I always have these 3 ingredients in my home. I'll make this the next time I have overripe bananas. 3:40 The choice in FONT makes it difficult to read, especially the FIBER content. I suggest a lower case 'g' and a space between it and the number.
I like the calories, it’s a little low on protein, have you ever tried to add protein powder, how would that turn out, simple little pancake recipe though, gotta love that
i like that comment about the whacky ingredients, i can't stand an ingredient you have to travel like 2h ours to find a store that has it... and they still put "easy" in the title
Banana + Oats + Eggs + Oil = 3 ingredients. Hmmm..... ;-) XD Gonna try these out. FYI, when you crack your eggs on the side of the bowl, you're pushing any germs on the egg inside of it. (With modern techniques, the relatively low number of eggs with salmonella have it on the outside of the egg rather than the inside.) Hold the egg in one hand, crack on a flat surface, and pull apart; hold the base of the egg between the base of your thumb & palm and grip the top with your finger and tip of your thumb. Not only is it healthier, but cracking eggs with one hand also makes you look like a bad-ass in the kitchen. =)
Already had these man, really nice. Topped mine with almond butter
I can not get over how AWESOME this cook book is! Thank you BUFFDUDES!

I seriously don't know why I never thought to put these three things together. I think I'll make 'em soon. Woo! Thanks!
Can you use apples instead of bananas?
Would it still cook right if I just made one big pancake?
Yes. I make a large one and try to fold it over like a soufflé.

Fantastic! 👍
I slather mine in unsweetened organic peanut butter 🥜 No need for syrup.
Wow how small are your six pancakes?
You can use protein powder instead of oats!!
What a coincidence. I’ve been making this recipe for the last week. It’s very easy and delicious.

I laughed so hard on his comment about whacky ingredient lol
kind of wanna see what happens in a waffle iron
Buff Dudes Yeah 💪
Um, sorry, but how exactly do you 'unpeal' a banana? Do you put the skin back on? lol.
My wife told me that phrase often "lets mash this little banana"
Sorry, but dude why is oil not included in your calorie and fat total?
