This is great. Made one Saturday and I just threw the second one in the fridge. I microwave a tb of pb and drizzle it on top. So good.

The recipe was amazing!!! Just one tip for everybody out there, heat your cheesecake and let cool BEFORE you add a topping like dark chocolate chips. Just use your fingers to push the chocolate chips slightly inside your cheesecake top. I added mine before heating and they just melted which should of been obvious 🤦🏻♂️

Works well for me! I also like to add the product on top of a crust later, which is quite easy. I made it granola-like. Usually with some nuts blended, oatmeal, bit of water and honey until it creates consistency i can lay and push into a crust
The second recipe of the year on the second day of the week on 2/22/22 seemed appropriate!!!

Same advice applies to sweeteners. Most of the sweeteners like Monk Fruit, Stevia and sucralose are cut with dextrose or maltodextrin, and is often listed first on the label.
the answer to healthy cheesecake crust is toasted wheat germ. add stevia, butter extract, and a splash of fairlake milk to make a dough. tastes exactly like graham cracker crust. TRY IT

Ok, so I remade this one. The last time I made it was my first attempt at an anabolic cheesecake and I overcooked it.
This time, I used PEScience chocolate peanut butter protein powder. I also used the oven instead of microwave. And HOLY CHEESECAKE BATMAN!! It’s one of the best anabolic recipes I’ve had in general. So my hats off to you my friend. It’s fantastic and I’m glad I was able to get it right this time.
Looking forward to trying this. I really like how you provide calories and macros for the three different versions.

I followed the recipe exactly, and the finished product was more like a dense cake than a cheesecake. Don’t get me wrong - it still tasted good, but the texture was not soft and creamy like you’d expect from a cheesecake. Wondering if I missed something? I did also top it with a strawberry “frosting” made of Greek yogurt (more protein!) that I combined with sugar-free strawberry jam, and it made for a nice dessert with good macros 👍🏻
Check your cooking time. It sounds like you are overcooking it. Lower it a little bit and see if that fixes the problem for you
Did you ever get this figured out? I did the exact same thing today. 1st time making it and it came out more like a very dense cake. Tasted GREAT! But not the texture I was looking for.

Love the recipe. Are the carbs in the yogurt important,they vary alot. Are we just using plain high protein greek yogurt? The flavored with fruits etc have many more carbs??

I'm not sure you would get the same texture but it's worth trying at least once!
Some people do cottage cheese. You can get a similar texture, but nowhere near the richness
