Okay this is my year ... I weigh 200lbs and I'm determine to change. I love this workout. I just finished and I tell you this is the real deal with no brakes. I am determined and I will use this workout every morning to get me started for the month of March. Thank you so much Brain. I'm keeping the faith and walking into my next.
I just want to stop by and say this: 3 months ago I weighed 83kg, I discovered this video and that's when I fully commit to get me back in shape. With 30 min jogs and a major calorie deficit along with this, TODAY I weigh 72kg. My fight is not over, my goal is to eventually reach 64kg and slowly I'll get there. (I'll update) Just always stay consistent to your drive and your goal. Mentally prepare yourself to endure and persevere. You are your limit, never let yourself stop you from what you want to achieve. Don't forget to take breaks too (especially when your energy is low). But never ever give up. Brian, I thank you for this blessing of a video. Your work is powerful. Keep it going! Stay healthy y'all!

This is so good, I am addicted to it. I am an unfit, 55 year old woman with health issues. I can't do this entire routine so I am working hard to add a new part every night and to work on my form. I am using 2.5kg weights. It's tough, I get out of breath but I am determined. I love your routine and I get twitchy now if I can't do it (due to time constraints - I have 3 jobs as well so life is very full!). Thank you for your dedication and helpful videos.
I think last time I commented I was 310 down to 275, last weigh in I was 261. Hopefully I can check back in another three or four months and have another 10 lbs gone. And more important than the scale, I can see my body changing shape every week. I love your simple, easy movement with low impact on joints. They are perfect for me because of asthma and joint strain.
I'm doing your workout plus got on the carnivore diet (Doctor Ken Berry youtube). It's 6/18/24 and I've lost 45 lbs since Mar 15. I'm looking great and feeling awesome. My diabetes is about gone. My A1C came down to 6.2 from 8. My neuropathy in my feet has improved drastically. I'm hoping the neuropathy will completely heal but it takes time for nerve damage to heal. This workout is awesome for me.
Great workout! This looks like a full body workout, as it works many muscle groups. I would suggest putting full body dumbbell workout in your title for more views, which you deserve!

I'm 5'10" 77kgs (27/M).. First day of doing this workout. did this with just the dumbbell rod (without the rods)... and it is tough.. is not as easy as it looks guys! will be doing this workout every day this month before i switch to another workout from Brian.
Honestly this is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve started the workout (I fell off the other times) and each time I notice a difference almost straight away!! Which is shocking. My waist looks smaller and stomach flatter by the 3rd time of exercise and it only keeps getting better! It has me sweating and slightly challenged but just enough so I can finish it all, feeling good! Thank you so much ❤

I just started your 30 minutes workout today 1/2/24. My goal is to lose a little bit of belle fat within the next 30 days. I also want to increase mental and physical energy, an imperative for me at this point. I look forward to a 30 minutes daily workout to start my day.
First time I have done this one. A little bit more strenuous than the other 3 I have done but loved it and managed to do it without letting up. Enjoying it a lot and glad I am not giving up or getting lazy with it. Must keep it going, the 'New Me' feels that in a few months, I will feel and see the difference.

This workout is magic !!! So hard to start and finish it in the beginning, but after a few days I can manage to finish the whole routine (30mins). My belly size reduced significantly, I have to change pants size from large to medium now ! Thank you @Briansyuki

Finally got thru this entire video, not in one setting though. Had to break it down in half multiple times before I could get past the first half of the video. However I plan on completing the entire routine in one session. Between building stamina and coordination, I absolutely love this work out. Looking forward to trying out your other routines as well.
I currently weigh 17st 7lbs….I work 6 till 6 shifts but never have the energy to get myself out to the gym……. I have dumbbells at home and have come across this workout……I have tried it out for 10 minutes and for me it’s a killer…..but I also know I need to walk before I can run…the sweat was pouring from me, I don’t know if my dumbbells are too heavy for me at the moment, my lack of fitness or both, either way I know when I can fit this routine when I finish work…. Definately gonna give it a try! Just had my acl surgery 6 months ago. I guess this is a good one to get back into shape. My weight now is 72kgs target to get 60kg by end of the year. And ofcourse to get rid off my belly 😂. Wish me luck

Today was a little struggle to get going. I think it's time for a 6-week challenge to keep up my motivation. I increased my weights for this video, and I made it through without converting back to the lesser weights. Move purposefully today!
