Just watched this.they listened to you Clifton. I just ordered the pack system with the cold world. I understand being a 14 YEAR COMBAT marine veteran that things are the way they are and you cant get everything made in the best country ever.thank you for your service sir.IM A MARINE FOR LIFE.
Yeah the cold word products are very expensive but they are great quality. Cody Dacquisto does a great job and handles customer service himself oftentimes. My first mobile stand was the xop vanish. Still the best budget lightweight stand out there. Can’t beat it. I still use my quarter turn locking sticks which are a little heavy but still excellent sticks. Looking to add these X2s in the near future.
You say the stand is rock solid, yet as you bounce on it, you can see the top bracket “bounce” away and back to the tree. A toe hook is designed to remove that play, just don’t toe hook a stand with the bottom strap attached. Toe hook and then attach strap and should be better.
@@CliftonDenneyOnYourOwnOutdoors I ordered the reaper after watching your review it should be in sometime next week and I’m a bigger guy so I’ll do my best to give you a solid review from a 280 lb man’s perspective and thanks for the discount code it saved me like 45 bucks I’m always looking for a deal.
Does the stand come with backpack straps? Don’t see anything online, but one guy on a video said his came with some but wasn’t sure if that is standard.
Hi Clifton! Got my cold world stand and love it . Tried it acouple of times here in Pennsylvania before the season starts on the 30th running it with my skelator sticks

Hey man, awesome review my only suggestion is I would get a quick attach. I just ordered that and I’ve heard all over social media but that is the way to go.
I’m definitely getting the stand but can’t decide on which backpack straps to get for it. The gamma ts doesn’t have the greatest reviews. What straps would you recommend?

@@CliftonDenneyOnYourOwnOutdoors I was going to just get the regular “premium “ back pack straps for $20. Will they be just as comfortable for farther walks with the cold world?

Bought this on Black Friday deep discount. Just back from a 3 day E. Texas whitetail hunt, average amount of hiking it around (3-5 miles with it on my back total). Like the quality and the weight. The texture is killing me. Feels like it's going to rub a hole in any clothes it touches taking it in and out and cut/wear/fray out any gear hanging straps, the seat bungees and cam straps if they get too close. I read some guys are using sand paper to smooth it out, but that's like 60% of the surface area. Anyone else have the same issue? Have a good fix? Maybe it's not as bad as it seems. Can anyone with double digit mobile hunts with this stand let me know if it's really a problem or I'm just being paranoid. - Love the channel by the way, appreciate the no nonsense reviews.
Stand looks nice but...China. I just can't drop that kind of coin and support China if there is a US option available. Sometimes you can't avoid it but where possible I support America.
