Hello, Oscar on the I-140 form Part 6: "Information About the Proposed Employment" Is that referring to the kind of work I proposed in my endevour or does it relate to employment if I were being sponsored by an employer. I am self petitioning and not sure what I should put. I did notice you left it blank, so I wanted clastification. I am getting ready to send all my documents to USCIS in the next week or so as I am near completion of my packagae. Thank you for your reply.
It's about your endeavor. I left it blank when I did it, but since then I updated the recommendation and my materials and course have been updated appropriately

So I already have a job, so should I mail my form to the address they provide for NY or just use another address incase I move from NY , because I do want to leave my job at some point , but not sure where either . So I just bought your eb2 Niw packet . I’m currently filling out the i140 however for part 6 , I am not sure if I should answer . My petition is based on what I currently do , in research . However after I submit my niw I will leave my job by the end of the year . Do you recommend not putting any answer for part 6 . Thank you

Hi, I want to apply from UK for Premium Processing: Filing Form I-140 with Form I-907 and there is no option for where to file as current options in have to one of those states list but i am not

I tried to reach out to them but that's difficult without a receipt nos. I do not know if the Irving address is the correct for my case, anyway what would you advise, I wait or I could submit another application to the updated address?
Hey Oscar. Quick question. You told that if we want to work in state from table 1, we have to use corresponding address to apply. What if we change the plan afterwards? Can’t we work in table 2 mentioned states after?
You can then work wherever, you are not tied by this. But it is important you submit it to the right center, which matches the workplace state you select in part 6 of I-140 form. Just select a state that you think is a realistic choice for you

It will be in English. If someone wants to ask something in Spanish, I will translate the question and answer in English. Maybe in the future I will do separate sessions but now I don't have the bandwidth to do that...and at the end of the day if someone is in my course they plan to write the petition in English, so it's a good practice to get used to all the terms and things in that language

I'm awaiting IL for Eb2niw in Lagos Nigeria, and it's likely the embassy called my DQ date in the coming interview letter that will be released in December 2023 for January 2024 interview. However, I'm billed to join a lab as a postdoc researcher next week in the USA on an H1B visa. I've been waiting since February 2023 for an interview, and I don't want to start all over again for AOS. I don't know if it is possible for my employer to allow me 2 weeks to come back to Nigeria for my interview (together with my family who are still in Nigeria) in January 2024. Check if the payment as been deducted, If yes, wait longer. If you are abroad 3 weeks is still not too long

Thanks. You can, but you can use yours too. Using a USA address will make things quicker for notifications
