I have a 2003 mercedes s500, egr and misfire on cylinder 4, replaced the spark plugs an wires an cylinder 4 coil pack. the car starts an sound good but when I put the car in drive it doesn't go in to first gear. it just stop going. can it be the transmission level?
YES l remove the oil cooler hose. ran the engine at idle and this pumped out all old oil while l was filling up with new fluid.
need about 10 to 12 litres for this flush. When the colour changes at the oil cooler pipe stop the engine and refit cooler pipe.
Restart engine and wait for transmission oil to heat up approx. 20 mins and check transmission oil level.

What type of ATF does it use?
