this is a god damn punk song and the beastie boys knew it wasnt cool to just scream a punk song on TV (or at least they visibly seem to by aware of it, and motioning to avoid doing it at all costs) but I think they expertly handled it in a way fit for MTV's viewers. concerts are a different story but this is essentially a televised frat party and i bet they collected the check and bounced that moment.

That's the legendary Eloise. Last name lost to history. Joined the group during the Madonna Like a Virgin tour where Beastie Boys were a supporting act. And stuck around for about a year. She's on pretty much everyone of their early live performances and tv appearances. She was very much part of their early success influencing their outfits, style and mannerism to have that perfect blend of kitsch anarchy meets trash opulence.
