The Taurox was my first ever model, I know it gets a lot of flack but I really love the design. It does do a great job getting units across the board asap.
Something that utterly confuses me about 40K... What *does* happen after Imperial soldiers battle daemons? I dimly remember that the Imperial Cult teaches that the God-Emperor made nine Angels, the Primarchs, to battle nine devils. On the other, according to the first war or Armageddon (M41.444), having had too close a brush with Chaos gets you and everyone who knows you witnesscided, including the occasional Exterminatus. Any ideas around that? Also, yeah, Centurions are cool. It's a ceramite wall that shoots and moves forward. Rogal Dorn would have loved it.
I mean he already has been slayed. Blood Crushers is always the head of the invasion. On Vraks when he was slayed, most Demons got so scared and the warp blast made more than half of them disappear. So they almost won.
Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if the Adeptas Soroitas arrive to purge and reclaim the cathedral. Would be an excellent way to introduce the units and gear of the Sisters of Battle
I didn’t know Tauroxs could climb vertically ... the more you know. Also I’ve seen conversions that replace the tracks with wheels and it looks terrific, reminds me of the RG-33
Yeah it's a cool features, I wish they would use them more in 40K games, might get people more hyped for them. While I like the regular wheels, I can't see my Tauroxes with out the tracks.
When the legions of the damned showed I got literal goose bumps. I instantly recognized the armoured boot ablaze. I need one of these wall climbing Gurka/Mbombe/INKAS/half-track looking things even if it looks nonfunctional tacti-cool lol
That story segment at the start brings me back to a store fun game I played any a year ago. Lo though I still remember it and it's glory, featuring nome other than my valiant guard of course. This was back in 6/7th edition. I'm going to try and write a story based on what I remember. Synopsis: warp is closing in and I have a banner in my command squad. That banner is blessed by the emperor and must reach a statue in the centre of the board to push back the oncoming warp energy before it destroys all of the imperial forces while surviving the chaos force attempting to stop them.
I was just thinking the other day about how we haven't had a narrative choice recently. Makes the smile of a delightful lore video just a little wider.
I think it's pretty sweet. Not the best part but one that is kinda catchy. For lack of a better term. You're killing this ting, breddah. Always amazed. You go above and beyond and we are all lucky to be able to be here for the ride. Thank you, once again, Lord Commander Baldermort.

You should get one, they are fantastic for Bullgyrn which are great in 9th! My one recommendation is not to glue the side guns on and paint the rest of the model, then glue it on. Also it's really fun not to glue the back roof on and paint the insides.
Love this plot line, even more than the inquisitor one. Bravo, good sir! Also UA-cam need to stop advertising children’s toys on these videos... not sure how many war-gamers are in the market for little girls dress up dolls.

N.T the wait was finally over. The novice of Khorne may have started this battle, but they had been waiting for this chance for centuries, for millennia. With the khornight leader banished and the veil never thinner then it now was, this was the perfect time to enact their ritual. Together with joy in their hearts and a song on their lips they knocked on the door to Grandfather's realm, and Nergle was more then generous.
On the note of how units look and taking time to get use to them: When I came back to the game I was looking at which army was best for me. Looked at how they played, how they looked, lore behind them. Genestealer cults looked and sounded like the stupidest thing to me. Then I watch one of your videos on them, looked at a couple units, looked again at how they might be played, a looked at couple more units. Now I really want to buy and paint some.
Just want to leave a comment of appreciation here, for i have been a humble listener for a while now. Thank you Baldermort for creating wonderful, fun and epic content. Truly an exemplar how to deliver lore and story in its fullest. Have a Seal of Honour upon my favorite servo-skull!

Still think the “track wheels” on the front don’t make much sense on the guard variant. The scion variant makes some sense since it’s probably easier to make magnetic tracks than tires. The guard version should have wheels, at least in the front making it resemble a half track, keeping that “grounded” feel guard vehicles have always had

I still honesty prefer the Chimera, but the Taurox is a respectable if flawed vehicle.
