As a hard core Megadeth fan, I can unashamedly say I love this song. I can even picture Dave giving an approving chin up bro nod to the guys in Metallica for writing this one. Is this their best song of all? I feel it ranks up there with Master of Puppets.
Funny you should mention horses galloping. What they do in this song is what I've long referred to as "breakneck giddyup" or "reckless giddyup", something they frequently do at some point in many of their songs. All hell breaks loose 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Awesome journey into Metallica!! You should react to some of Metallica's blues/hard rock songs from the 1990s. The Outlaw Torn; Until It Sleeps; King Nothing; Hero of The Day; Fuel; Memory Remains; Unforgiven II; Carpe Diem Baby; Fixxxer. The Load & Reload albums are definitely underrated. Great sample of their musical versatility outside of heavy metal/thrash!
Met's purest thrash song, and Lars' finest moment. While MoP is arguably their finest studio work and KeA and RtL are the seeds of Met, Dyer's shows what they could do when they wanted to. Shame they seldom play it live. AJFJ 🤘🏻

No
@@nachocheez9690 I agree…..”No”. I love this song but not even in the top 20 Metallica songs of all time.
@@pjcannaday6337 I wouldn't either
If i have to pick one song from all of their albums, Dyers Eve is what i would pick from AJFA.
Is it better than all Megadeth songs?

Without question Dyers Eve and disposable heroes or two of the hardest Metallica songs🔥🔥🔥🔥
