definitely. he committed a federal crime. however, if he lives in Russia, probably nothing will happen because the US and Russia do not have an extradition treaty
Finding the ip was inevitable, and the address in question was already flagged by many so its more than likely a deadend jump box. If the hack is through 2 of the players pc’s then unfortunately its down to their own personal negligence and all the games played in the contest should count! Also as unfair as it sounds hal would more than likely fall fit due to not leaving while knowing he had an active aim bot! Even though he was a victim and it was not directly his intentions but like any other contest cheating is cheating and companies put alot of money, time and resources into these events, So if the problem wasn’t EA/Respawns end then someone needs to be accountable regardless of us knowing the shadow name of the culprit! Reseting the event would only be debatable if its’s a RCE hack through the server! Sad truth of reality but hopefully the developers are happy with the efforts made by both players to remove the malware from their computers or in Hal’s case replacing his pc altogether.🤞🏽

I think what happen was good now both ea/respawn/EAC get a wake up call same ac they use in nw wheir aim boting have been a thing for over year for range wep.
Wish call of duty have some one expose them all
ua-cam.com/video/RQw-fMU3CHg/v-deo.html (21:37) is where he talks about the Clue for anyone just wants to know the info.
MVP comment
i love Hals last comment at the end of the video there
I know this has nothing to do with any of this but this whole situation reminds me of death note. Two geniuses basically fighting each other about something that is thought to be impossible to do.
Does anyone know the timestamp from Hal’s vod or pirates vod when they start talking about this???
Plot twist: Thor is a cool guy having a chill day
makes you wonder if this destroyer dude had something to do with why titanfall 2 had such a huge bot issue for years and this is his retaliation to them fixing tf2
Hal: I FELT DUMB lol 😆😆😆
2 days and got no answer from EA and Respawn.
Can we have another savetitanfall protest? 😂
Did you not actually listen to what Thor said? The devs here are on the same side. They have to wait for the culprit to fuck up them they make their move
You didn't even watch the video lmao
HisWattson should probably replace his entire PC, too. HisWattson could be sabotaged in the next event considering Hal, Mande, and him were sent free packs from Destroyer2009 and Thor believes it's most likely on the personal machine's side.
I think a disgruntled ex-emplyee is more than likely the hacker.
Much like how CODs code was leaked by insiders.
Perhaps a person leaked some vulnerabilities, or are doing it themselves.
i got banned by hideouts for sending him a clip of destroyer 4 months back
I got banned for having the name “saucegay uchiha” even though I rocked it for 2 months before then
@@bleach7958 cos someone reported you. Otherwise you wouldn't get banned
@@DarkAuroraBlade true. That’s still kinda trash tho how I’m getting banned for a play on words. Also the guy that reported me probably wasn’t even offended by my name
oh damn they got thor on the case 😂
Respawn should give a contract to this guy to fix their issue
thor is a whitehat hacker and worked for blizzard for many years. I dont think he's intersted in doing it anymore
Who reached out to who? Thor to mande, or mande to Thor. If he reached out to Mande it’s sus. Mande also received 4K packs from destroyer
While Thor was live Mande was commenting in Thor’s chat that he was willing to talk about it
18:45 I’d love to see you what Thor could do with scammers
He should do a stream with scammer payback
i have a hard time believing someone this sophisticated would overlook something so obvious as an open port with a running external connection. i would wager that IP address is a "community" server. Someone has to pay the bills, but that can be done with crypto. still might be able to track down through the wallet id...but is increasingly more difficult and whos to say who owns that wallet.
very true. and who's to say it wasn't just a frauded VPS or identity theft. very possible that looking into that digitalocean box would lead to a dead end
Bro just did respawns job😂
He did not. He's just explaining things to people on stream. You're very gullible if you think Apex's Dev team hasn't reached the same conclusion as him .
@@silentKeys20 it’s not literal it’s more of a joke clowning on respawn because respawn can’t say how far they got just like you don’t know if they have retained that info. But he did get some info
@@silentKeys20bro is riding those re skins 🥵
He's probably watching all these videos
Apex game files is how. If they had a recent update apex could have had their stuff edited before update. Thats how a trojan starts and how this all happened
Zach acting like he knows
Hal is so quiet because he knows and respects he’s in the presence of someone who absolutely is a juggernaut in what he’s talking about.
Edit: his last comment was before I commented. 😂
The irony is that this was 100% incorrect, the inbound 'connection' on port 135 was due to a scan because TSM ImperialHal had exposed his device to the PUBLIC INTERNET (bypassing NAT restrictions) via Port Forwarding or placing the device in the DMZ..... lol (place anything on the public internet and it gets scanned within seconds/minutes)
i think the hacker do those things to blew up on how the game secuity is a fukin joke. if he is trying to get profit out of thiss, he wont do something so obvious. EA is known to neglect this matter of cheater and hack tools for so long
this dude is the perfect definition of a broken record, and someone that thinks everyone is dumb around him.. client to server recognition does not take 30 mins to explain
I am now going to add ‘moment of intrusion’ to my repertoire with the Mrs
Chester’s fucked up now they got the boss man involved 😂
The biggest thing is either the attackers not screwing up or the devs not doing anything like we suspect. Bc they can't be screwing up if its getting worse lol
direct access to one of several machines,
when the others didn have these scans popup
is a stretch.
Could this guy technically get arrested, sort of like the GTA hacker (I know he leaked employee stuff).
definitely. he committed a federal crime. however, if he lives in Russia, probably nothing will happen because the US and Russia do not have an extradition treaty
if he didnt live in belarus they could extradite him
if he gets caught, his life will be ruined 100%
@@RandoReaper Depending on where he lives, that might not be the case.
Depending on where they live, but in multiple countries they are federal crimes
when the kid in your lobby says "my dad works at blizzard" but he's actually telling the truth
i bet that 2009 at the end of the hackers name is something inputent to him rather the year of his or someone else's birth or like a anniversary
"I wish i had his hair"
- Zachmazer probably
