Hi man I just have problems with roof…the open front..and when to open all it’s making noise the sensors flap ..can you tell exactly what need to change to sorting out that issue 🙏
Hi Andy, pretty much the same problem with my TT, and I was looking at buying an Autel diagnostic machine to help me trace faults etc, I had bought a Topdiag 500 a couple of weeks ago, but it was useless - as although it said it would do my car ( a TT year 2000 one of the first made- I have a collection of old cars) ) it didn't so had to send it back to Amazon , so was curious which model you used, Thanks

This is a massive help.
Strip the flap motors, clean grease from gears and more importantly the rotary potentiometer, reassemble, boom! roof works.
You Sir. Are a hero. This fixed my issue with the roof not closing.

Very usefull, I have the same problem currently and the Audi Garage asked me 700 Euro's what is insane..
My top worked all the time. But it rained yesterday, now it's not working. 2004 TT
