Yes fantastic cover!!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏✌🏼❤️
Thank you Ellen 🙂
Lovely cover, up there with your usual very high standards. Brilliant.
Well said Andrew 🙏
You really have a knack for getting all the covers you do spot on. This is no exception. great work.
Thank you. I really appreciate that!
Sounds really real, good work. What are your sounds based on?
A mix of soft synths... Arturia ARP 2600 and Jupiter 8, U-he Pro 1 and Ally James VSDS-X for some of the Simmons drum sounds
ah cool, interesting. Do you search for similar sounds in their presets or do you create them from scratch?
@@UnderDarkSkies I may use the odd preset but more than often end up tweaking them or replacing them completely to fit the final mix. I often do a lot of research to find out what bands used what synths on what tracks and use the closest thing I have. I don’t have the budget or the space for a lot of vintage hardware. I have a couple of hardware synths but I think you can get a pretty decent sound from soft synths these days. I would definitely recommend the GForce Oddity, ARTURIA ARP 2600, ARTURIA Mini V (Mini Moog) and U-he Repro.
If you are not looking to spend any money… the Synth1, DeExed and OBX-D are great free synths. If you are not into making your own patches check out SYNTHOFSYNTH here on UA-cam. He creates a lot of great Depeche Mode patches for the Synth1
interesting! thanx, good answer 🙂I also like the Arturia Pigments synth a lot
@@UnderDarkSkies Yes, it can produce some really gritty sounds!! 😊
По-моему это Фуфель😮Голос явно не Гана!!!!!!!!
