Well it is and it isnt, the classification for different degrees of obesity is measured with bmi, and yes, there are people with a high bmi that have accumulated alot of fat free mass but these are not the norm. I love the episodes like this where you would never realistically make the whole dish, but there are so many separate components to the platter that you learn how to make like 5 different meals

Funny thing is, water and soda syrup are so cheap that they are still probably making decent money on that deal. Don't know about the plastic though. That's part of why they offer free refills everyone in the US, cause it's just so cheap.
