Most dads bring their phone or camcorder for the family Picnic...Not Jason lol he brings the entire cinema rig with big stabilizer... All jokes aside those things are amazing and work very well!
THANKS FOR THE VIDEO.. I buy the Thanos Pro2. but I need help, I have balanced everything perfectly, both the gymbal (crane 3s) and the thanos, but my gymbal vibrates when I use the thanos, can you know what is happening?
very nice video. So what do you think for lower shot I have zhyun crane 3s with a hand heldring and coudnt make decison whether buying thanos pro 2 or this easyrig vest. What do you suggest ? thanks you
Hi Jason, could you please let me know the type number of the camera when you wear Thaos proII in this video? Thank you very much here! waiting for your reply
Hi Jason! Thanks for a great video! How to you balance the arm so the rig doesn't "drift" horizontally? I have the Thanos-II and I always have to leans quite a bit. If I'm standing straigt the rig wants to move right.
It's good to hear that your business is busy. This is my first year being a full-time photographer/videographer and it's really slowing down for me. How do you find and keep clients?
I have affiliations with two other production companies where I draw a lot of my business from. You could try send your portfolio to a few production companies and offer your services as an assistant or A-Cam shooter
GET THE EASYRIG!!! Im telling yall i bought the thanos pro 2 and after proper balancing i wore it for 10 mins and my back was hurting for the next 3 days yall 😢 my rig is a 13lb Ursa rig > Crane 3s> Trinipod Yoke. all 3 connected weighed close to 30lbs on the thanos Arm 😅 so if your looking to shoot javelin style your rig better be under 20lbs or else your back will be destroyed
Do not buy the thanos pro 2, there is no way to balance the arm because there is nothing to adjust in the part where the arm connect to the vest and therefore you will never be able to have the entire system balanced. You are suppose to release the arm and it shouldnt go forwards or backwards, or left or right, but this is only possible with vest and arms that has adjusment knobs in the part the arm connects to the vest, the thanos pro 2 doesnt have it. So you will never be able to balance it. This guy must probably accepted the 20% money return that digital foto offers you if you do a video showing this equipment in a positive way even if it doesnt work. I refused that and asked them for a refund and returned and they didnt want it, I actually beg them and Lydia didnt give a damn. Dont buy this thing from then, all they want and do , is to make a sell, you are warned.
Thanks mate! I am looking for a suitable setup that helps walking with my RS2. Camera and lens come up to 2,5 Kg without the RS2 and accessories. What would you recommend - Thanos SE or Thanos Prob II. Is it worth spending the extra money, although what the benefit?
Hey really appreciate your video. Den dying for a comparison like this. Wondering if there’s a way to speed up the workflow for the Thanos. Say you used your FX6 and zoom every time you used it, do you think it’s realistic that you could just add a quick release to the top of your Crane gimbal so you could instantly attach your camera, make some minor adjustments and it’d be perfectly balanced? And then at the end of each shoot, what if you had a custom case where you could leave the Thanos built so it was in the exact same position next time you went to use it? Maybe that way it’d be almost as quick to setup as the Easy Rig but way more versatile. Really keen to get the Thanos but like you, I get busy before shoots and really don’t want to add more gear prep to my workflow if I can help it
What's up man. I bought the digitalfoto hook vest because I was looking for an easyrig setup Yk. Out of the three reviews I saw of it only one person had negative things to say about it which has me stressing. Basically what I'm asking is. Is it a good alternative to an actual easyrig? Like does it do everything an easyrig does? I'm planning to shoot handheld with it. Thanks bro love the videos, appreciate it
Hey :) Great video, thanks for that. Besides the differences you noted in the video, I'm wondering what is the difference in terms of overweight in the back and counterweight in the front? In your opinion, which of the two offers better back support? I am used to using the EasyRig which offers good back support and reduces the weight on the arms, but the counterweight of the camera in front, especially in long shots, generates a lot of weight and pain in the back. I'm looking for the best way to take care of my back, other than the obvious "just don't do it" solution :P
Man can you tell for what you need serene on easy rig. I want grab my self easyrig and can’t understand what this thing for. I tried easy rig for few times and I think serene wasn’t helping me much
Am a big fan of your videos man, they are like medicine to my curiosity.

A mate of mine and I own one each and we love it. It seems to have held up very well in dozens of our professional shoots and UA-cam work
I came to see the review of thanos pro 2 but ended up watching jhonny bravo! 😂
