- If you need gimbal support and are wondering which one will work best for you, I have a great solution !!
In this episode, I would like to teach you and show you how to build yourself a support system for heavy gimbals and cameras with a few ready-made components.
We also look at the TILTA Advance Ring Grip for DJI RS2, which will help you modify your rs2 into a larger and more functional gimbal for professional use..
For those of you who want a 2 in 1 steadicam and readyRig style equipment, this is a great solution. We will modify the TilTa Float belt, making two completely different support systems in ONE , and for those who do not have a TilTa Float belt, we will create a support system using a modified STIHL vest.
list of all things that you need to build a support system:
1. belt - Tilta Float (tilta.com/shop/tilta-float-ha...)
2. STIHL RTS Vest (www.stihl.com/STIHL-power-too...)

6. Kipp tube clamps - front and back arm clamps (www.kippwerk.de/de/en/Product...) order no. K0484.30
7. Kipp tube clamps - on the lower tube to connect to the fitness bands (www.kippwerk.de/de/en/Product...) order no. K0486.30
8. Kipp clamps for telescopic arm (www.kippwerk.de/de/en/Product...)
9. Kipp adapter 30mm-20mm (www.kippwerk.de/de/en/Product...) order no. K0492.03020

11. Kipp pulleys/wheels (www.kippwerk.de/de/en/Product...) order no. K1779.030081 or K1779.035111
12. Truss and pipe clamps (20mm/30mm/32mm/35mm) Choose depending on the diameter of the arm tube and the diameter of the pulleys. (www.bhphotovideo.com/c/buy/tr...)

Hi Franz. To connect the gimbal, did you use a piece of elastic rope or a simple strap ? Adam recommends an elastic rope (8'59), but i can see straps on nearly all of his videos. Thank you for you answer ;)
@@olivierdacosta_ I used the elastic bands, works perfectly!!

What an amazing YT channel!!! I’m mindblown, thank you sooo much for sharing your DYI projects with the world! 🙏
Anyone tried this system to carry a rigged-up camera alone, without gimbal system attached? I’m really curious if it would be stable and convenient to handle 😃
Makes me think twice of buying my ReadyRig GS. Proves to showcase that with creativity you can achieve a lot within a budget.
This is another level.
