Even after 3 years practicing with Adriene and this beautiful community, i felt intimidated by the length of this practice. All i can say is - unroll your mat and crack on with it, it's delicious. At the beginning of this practice, I felt anxious, I felt sad, I felt unworthy. So I threw myself into intentions and mantras like: I can draw upon the power of God. I am love. I am worthy. Love. Grateful. Power. Trust. Everything is as it should be. I have what I need. I am strong. At some point near the middle, it was like a switch. I suddenly began to believe it and to feel it. Then it got extra hard, even with my warmed-up body. And I reminded myself, with my breath, that it is loving to do hard things. Then the end came, with pure stillness and quiet, and it felt peaceful. What a journey of a practice. Thank you 💜I'm so glad and grateful I was able to find the time for it, and for my previous comment reminding me that I have power in intentions.
Wow! What a yoga practice. Thank you Adriene, that was just the good stretch my body needed. I did ice skating for the first time the other day, and my Fibromyalgia has been making my body pay for it ever since. So thank you for helping me iron out that pain, and tightness. I wasn't sure if I'd make it, with such a long practice, but I did. yay! I took lots of deep breaths, and breaks when I needed them, and tried to remember why I'm here (to help my body feel better, and my mind) and I did it. ok, i will just say it. i am slovenian, but i also think in english and croatian. a few hours ago i did a day of 30 days of yoga, and after the practice, an (english) thought crossed my mind. cumulating all i've been through in my unfortunate life, and in these past 6 months.. after suicide of a friend, a serious injury, and a broken heart i fell into hell. i could not follow the light of my friends, although i was aware and grateful for it. i shut down my heart, my body and my spirit. it was your light that suddenly shone and woke me up. you inspired me to live again. and i say this with the heavy heart and tears in my eyes. to live... i was told years ago that i should be doing yoga, but i could never afford the classes. anyway, the thought stated: adriene, you're my hero. i feel like i comment all the time and overwhelm the page with my heavy energy, so i didn't want to comment those words on that 30 days video. and now i finished this practice and you said the exact same words.. to us. so i will now say it to you, this is universe telling me to communicate: adriene, you are my hero. only I and god know how true these words are. thank you. i had my fair share of amazing teachers, my little lights that inspired me to keep living, and you are standing head to head with the greatest. you taught me how to breathe, i haven't had pain in my heart for months now, my tailbone injury is healing, my back is feeling better, but overall, i am connecting again, going towards the light, gathering my strength. you are my hero because you helped me during one of my greatest battles. it almost dismantled the spring in me... until i found you. i know this is more of a letter than a comment, and i am afraid to be personal in ytb comments, but this had to be told, written, thrown out, so you know that with all my growing power, i will always have your back in case you need it. the light in me bows to the light in you!

Reflect day 9🎉 thank you, Adriene, this was a tough practice especially as it feels quite humid today in NZ. I've been putting this practice off for a few days, but I'm glad I finally did most of it with a couple of breaks, note to self this isn't one to do when it's humid and it feels like there is no air 🥵🫠, but so happy I made it to my mat. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻
Reflect day 9! Switched some practices in the calendar. It’s so awesome that we can spend quality time with ourselves to benefit our bodies in such a nice way. I really enjoyed this practice, really felt like I was flowing and it didn’t even feel like almost an hour. Thank you, Adriene and YWA community💚💚💚
The fact that this was 56 mins was so intimidating for me, I was even a bit worried but as soon as I finished I felt so incredibly refreshed and ready to take on the day! The sweat I got from this practice meant that I really needed this oh my goodness. I might be brave and try another long session in the near future. Thank you, Adriene
I did this one for the February Blossom 2022 calendar. Lots of sweat, barely able to do the floating lotus haha but I made it through the whole thing. I did pretty darn good. I feel stronger thank you 😊
Boy that was a hard one for me today, but I did it! I had to pause the video quite a few times to catch my breath, and regain my strength. Thank you thank you thank you for this beautiful practice Adriene. I am so very grateful because it's the first (proper) yoga I've done in 8 weeks. I managed to slip on a wire I'd left on the stairs and went sliding down on my back clutching my ironing board on my front. All was fine except a sore back until I reached the bottom and my knee went under me and hey ho, one torn ligament. It was so wonderfully delicious to do this awesomely feel good practice this morning. So thank you Adriene, thank you Universe and thank you body for the teaching and the healing 💞☀️✌️🙏
I became very sedentary as a result of the pandemic to the point where I pretty much stopped moving at all. I started Breath in January and was completely de-conditioned. I could barely hold a plank pose - through the mindful leadership of Adriene, I was able to complete this video with only 2 short pauses, something I would never be able to do 2 1/2 short months ago. Adriene, you are my hero, thank you for helping me. :)

BLOSSOM | February 27, 2022 | 🌸 Blossom has proven to be a fierce calendar, slowly waking us up from our winter dormancy so we can get ready to blossom in spring. The Shakti is certainly strong in this practice, building up heat - yes, but also connecting us to something bigger. It takes me closer to my word of the year "Attuned" as it stirs up, releases and brings me closer to my true self. Namaste! 🙏🧘♀
I absolutely loved this practice - made me realise that I have been doing too many 30 minute or less practices (more longer sessions please!) and that it's time to extend the duration and increase my stamina. I'm now refreshed and revitalised and ready for the day! Thank you Adriene x

It's interesting how sometimes you just have to do what is right for your intuition! Today the calendar had a different yoga class and when I went to turn it on this video started. I went and double checked the calendar and realized that this video is for a couple days from now. But my intuition said I should do it today. So I chose to move these videos around on my schedule. After finishing out today's flow the best decision for me! This Shakti Power Flow was incredible and something I definitely needed this morning. You as always for your incredible work and all you do for us!
As a senior yogi, I breathed my way slowly through this powerful full practice. It was kind and purposeful and I loved the way it builds my strength. It was achievable today, none of those side planks or one legged balancing that are difficult for me, so it was fun. And oh how welcome was that lovely cool down? Super relaxing and stretchy and Adriene when you say allow the nutrients of your practice to sink in, I really understand what you mean and I could feel it, awesome !! omg me too!!! After chairpose I thought she wanted to go again (last time I did this one was a year ago so the memory of is a bit blurry) and I just broke down and said "NO!" in a super dramatic pleading way. But she went on with something else and I hussled behind and was like "oh ok, my bad!". But at this moment I really questionned my choices and sanity too. But now I feel good! :D
The perks of wide legged forward fold is being able to see my cat stretching and yawning on the couch behind me. Amazing power flow, thank you so much Adriene. ❤️
Dear Adrienne, I just wanted to reach out and thank you for providing this free yoga practice. I have been following you yoga calendars since the beginning of 2019 and I have never felt better about my own body and my mindset. I have already lost some weight, which is really secondary to my all over health, but I would never have imagined that I could land in such a state of mind. Hi All, I am doing this in sections, first 22 min done, loving the slow pace so far💚, having a lunch, taking the dog for walk in a snow strom🌨🌨🌨🌨🌨, hopefully having energy to continue then😅, Other 20 min done🤩, this is a challenge this time, love it though. Last part done, that was nice and relaxing, my left hip joint needs extra care, I fell cross country skiing and pulled a mucle. Motivate day 8 done, Happy women's day to all you yogies, 💚Namaste🙏

Nearly stoped at 35 in. Well I did stop and read comments and y’ all encouraged me so I kept going. It was not pretty and I do not feel invigorated but I did it and my goal was to get through so thanks one and all.
I procrastinated (ie made up excuses) all day Sunday to avoid this due to its length. But one can only watch so much news…and it wasn’t serving my heart and only causing more anxiety. Glad I finally got into this flow late in the day. Getting on the mat, some days, is the hardest part. Staying connected to breathe and this community is essential on days like these last few. Dear Adriene - Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your videos have been a life saver for me. I am "on the dark side of 50" and stuck in a small apartment in Paris all day. I went from a very active lifestyle to sitting in apartment all day, eating poorly, and feeling sad and anxious about a plethora of things. Five weeks into quarantine, I decided I had to do something, so I pulled out my dusty yoga mat that I had bought for stretching and subscribed to your channel. I started slowly with some of your beginner videos, as I hadn't practiced yoga in over 15 years. This morning, I sweated through a power yoga video, even doin g some jumping jacks! :) Your channel has been a life saver for me. I even recommended it to my 81 year-old mother, who is extremely fit, and self-quarantined in the states. Namaste.
Day 63 in a row. I was scarred of the length of this video, but it didn't feel so long. I found quite a few poses challenging but with modifications I managed to do that. And even though this seemed to be one of the harder yoga flows for me, I can feel calmness washing over me. Thank you, Adriene, for this wonderful practice.
When I realised that it is International women's day today, I felt even more connected to this video. It made me realise how strong we actually are/can be🧘♀️💪 I thought that I'm gonna do a little bit of extra work this evening but I've decided to spent some quality time with myself and do a little bit of extra selfcare instead♥️ Power and love to you all on this special day, ladies!

I did alot better today following directions than I did a year ago. I really appreciated the flow and power of this practice. I have also worked up to being into a longer practice. Sometimes I do two in a row. It just feels good💚🙏🏻
This was exactly what I needed today. Didn't sleep well last night and started the day with a needed but very draining therapy session. I've been trying to take my time today and just doing what my body craved. I tapped into some soft and strong feminine energy with this practice, and it made me connect with the full moon tonight. I'm feeling more spiritual roday than I have in a while, but it feels right. Maybe it's the saturn return approaching. Maybe it's just my mood. With that, I just want to say thank you Adriane for guiding me through this practice and being the light that I crave on dark days. Sending love to you and all of my yogis. ❤️🌕

Wasn't expecting to do the whole video after reading some comments but I made it! Definitely shows how much progress I've made since doing Center in January and deciding to continue the journey. Also for any fellow plus size people, it's OK to take the legs a bit wider to make space for your belly and thighs in poses like child's pose, forward folds and mountain pose if it's more comfortable 💛
Last days of Blossom journey, I am exciting for the March calendar🌸Today I am feeling blue since there is so much going on in the world and I was a little hesitant about this long practice at first. Hello everyone. I did part of this practice today but had to stop. There is mold in my apartment, and it has gotten worse. Started coughing through practice so best to postpoone and get outside for some air. I have a long walk planned today so am looking forward to that. Move day 13. Day 160.
56 minutes is too long for me William, so I swapped for a 14 minute core practice. I do so sympathise with you today. @@gillsmith6740 I am in South Korea. Summer will bring the rainy season. I may just ask the landlord to repair this. It is a common problem in Korea, moreso if you have your apartment situated over an open area. Luckily, after years of catching bronchitis, my system seems able to prevent more than some basic symptoms from occuring. In the early days, it was a struggle.
So sorry to hear of your apartment issues - really tough when your "sanctuary" doesn't feel healthy and comfortable! Enjoy your walk and that nice fresh air around you. Take care.

I was a bit apprehensive to practise yesterday as it's 56 minutes. I was feeling tried, my hips were sore from playing pickleball and a long walk. I got on the mat anyway. When I came off the mat after 56 minutes of practise my hips and lower back were no longer sore. Yipee! Practise paid off and I was regenerated. Thank you Adriene.
I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for posting these videos. I appreciate what you do for me and so many other people. I have always been so reluctant to do yoga in public and I love that this gives me the opportunity to build confidence at home where I am most comfortable. I also love that these videos are free as I am sure SO many people appreciate because not everyone has $100 a month to drop on yoga classes. I love how real you are and that you don't do these videos to show off what you can do as a Yoga instructor (as so many do). You cater to all different levels of yoga and flexibility. Shakti is goddess Durga a feminine energy of the universe.. as Adriene mentioned feminine energy exists everywhere in men and women so as to masculine. Still one of my absolute faves! This video is MAGIC, it always has the power to soothe me. Does anyone else find that when they're starting a yoga video, their breath is a bit jerky and laboured, but by the end it's perfectly smooth and natural? Thank you so much for your videos Adriene. This is my favorite class. Lots of time in each pose to really explore your body's sensations. A wonderful flow all the way to the end. Just fabulous! Thank you for this masterpiece.
Wow, how much did I enjoy this practice?! I was really not looking forward to how long it was, but I am so glad I did it. The minutes flew by. I think it has become one of my favourites. I was able to do things I haven’t been able to do before, such as touch my nose to my right knee (left side is still a work in progress); touch my knees to both elbows; and to successfully do plank to upward facing dog to downward dog. Thank you for this practice, I will return to it again 🙏🏻
Despite the length of this unique practice, and despite such trials, I reached the end and completed, wahoo, and I am proud of myself, it was amazing and it really was worth it! I am doing Blossom after the 30 day challenge and when I saw this I said "no way", "too hard" & "way too long"....but I started & kept hanging in there, telling myself "how will you feel if you quit versus finishing" and I kept going and I made it! So proud and feel so good. Amazing what we can accomplish, even with doubt. I could never have done this at the beginning of January. Really showed me how far I have come. It is going to be a great day. 😅
This flow is one of my favorites. Have been practicing everyday for about 4 years now. YWA has literally saved my life in so many ways. Emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. A thought 💭 that’s been running through my mind lately is how can YWA Community extend and reach those who are incarcerated? Would really love for my mom and anyone in those positions to be able to practice with Adriene and Benjiii 🧘♀️🐶❤️🙏
June ‘Courage’ has been amazing, I’ve yet to miss a day. Completely different to any other 30-days I’ve done. Lots of new videos, I haven’t practised before. My abs and arms are reeling from all the work this month but it’s been fab. Can’t wait to open the Sunday letter when I wake in the morning and see what the ‘July’ calendar has in store. I honestly wasn't looking forward to today's session, just for the length of time. But I've been dealing with stuff and actually really needed the extra love today. Thank you for the perfect timing!
At the beginning of this practice, I felt anxious, I felt sad, I felt unworthy. So I threw myself into intentions and mantras like: I can draw upon the power of God. I am love. I am worthy. Love. Grateful. Power. Trust. Everything is as it should be. I have what I need. I am strong.
At some point near the middle, it was like a switch. I suddenly began to believe it and to feel it. Then it got extra hard, even with my warmed-up body. And I reminded myself, with my breath, that it is loving to do hard things. Then the end came, with pure stillness and quiet, and it felt peaceful.
What a journey of a practice. Thank you 💜I'm so glad and grateful I was able to find the time for it, and for my previous comment reminding me that I have power in intentions.
Wow! What a yoga practice. Thank you Adriene, that was just the good stretch my body needed. I did ice skating for the first time the other day, and my Fibromyalgia has been making my body pay for it ever since. So thank you for helping me iron out that pain, and tightness. I wasn't sure if I'd make it, with such a long practice, but I did. yay!

ok, i will just say it. i am slovenian, but i also think in english and croatian. a few hours ago i did a day of 30 days of yoga, and after the practice, an (english) thought crossed my mind. cumulating all i've been through in my unfortunate life, and in these past 6 months.. after suicide of a friend, a serious injury, and a broken heart i fell into hell. i could not follow the light of my friends, although i was aware and grateful for it. i shut down my heart, my body and my spirit. it was your light that suddenly shone and woke me up. you inspired me to live again. and i say this with the heavy heart and tears in my eyes. to live... i was told years ago that i should be doing yoga, but i could never afford the classes.
anyway, the thought stated: adriene, you're my hero. i feel like i comment all the time and overwhelm the page with my heavy energy, so i didn't want to comment those words on that 30 days video. and now i finished this practice and you said the exact same words.. to us. so i will now say it to you, this is universe telling me to communicate: adriene, you are my hero. only I and god know how true these words are. thank you. i had my fair share of amazing teachers, my little lights that inspired me to keep living, and you are standing head to head with the greatest. you taught me how to breathe, i haven't had pain in my heart for months now, my tailbone injury is healing, my back is feeling better, but overall, i am connecting again, going towards the light, gathering my strength. you are my hero because you helped me during one of my greatest battles. it almost dismantled the spring in me... until i found you.
i know this is more of a letter than a comment, and i am afraid to be personal in ytb comments, but this had to be told, written, thrown out, so you know that with all my growing power, i will always have your back in case you need it.

Reflect day 9🎉 thank you, Adriene, this was a tough practice especially as it feels quite humid today in NZ. I've been putting this practice off for a few days, but I'm glad I finally did most of it with a couple of breaks, note to self this isn't one to do when it's humid and it feels like there is no air 🥵🫠, but so happy I made it to my mat. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻
That alternative of boat pose was SO COOL! I felt like I was levitating!
Reflect day 9! Switched some practices in the calendar. It’s so awesome that we can spend quality time with ourselves to benefit our bodies in such a nice way. I really enjoyed this practice, really felt like I was flowing and it didn’t even feel like almost an hour.

I did this one for the February Blossom 2022 calendar. Lots of sweat, barely able to do the floating lotus haha but I made it through the whole thing. I did pretty darn good. I feel stronger thank you 😊
Boy that was a hard one for me today, but I did it! I had to pause the video quite a few times to catch my breath, and regain my strength. Thank you thank you thank you for this beautiful practice Adriene. I am so very grateful because it's the first (proper) yoga I've done in 8 weeks. I managed to slip on a wire I'd left on the stairs and went sliding down on my back clutching my ironing board on my front. All was fine except a sore back until I reached the bottom and my knee went under me and hey ho, one torn ligament.
It was so wonderfully delicious to do this awesomely feel good practice this morning. So thank you Adriene, thank you Universe and thank you body for the teaching and the healing 💞☀️✌️🙏
I became very sedentary as a result of the pandemic to the point where I pretty much stopped moving at all. I started Breath in January and was completely de-conditioned. I could barely hold a plank pose - through the mindful leadership of Adriene, I was able to complete this video with only 2 short pauses, something I would never be able to do 2 1/2 short months ago. Adriene, you are my hero, thank you for helping me. :)

The Shakti is certainly strong in this practice, building up heat - yes, but also connecting us to something bigger. It takes me closer to my word of the year "Attuned" as it stirs up, releases and brings me closer to my true self. Namaste! 🙏🧘♀
I absolutely loved this practice - made me realise that I have been doing too many 30 minute or less practices (more longer sessions please!) and that it's time to extend the duration and increase my stamina. I'm now refreshed and revitalised and ready for the day! Thank you Adriene x

It's interesting how sometimes you just have to do what is right for your intuition! Today the calendar had a different yoga class and when I went to turn it on this video started. I went and double checked the calendar and realized that this video is for a couple days from now. But my intuition said I should do it today. So I chose to move these videos around on my schedule. After finishing out today's flow the best decision for me! This Shakti Power Flow was incredible and something I definitely needed this morning. You as always for your incredible work and all you do for us!
I actually like the longer practices the most. You feel amazing at the end and it truly allows you to focus on the practice. ❤
As a senior yogi, I breathed my way slowly through this powerful full practice. It was kind and purposeful and I loved the way it builds my strength. It was achievable today, none of those side planks or one legged balancing that are difficult for me, so it was fun. And oh how welcome was that lovely cool down? Super relaxing and stretchy and Adriene when you say allow the nutrients of your practice to sink in, I really understand what you mean and I could feel it, awesome !! Ah Shakti Power Flow... so we meet again. Every time I come to this practice I question my sanity, but every time I end overjoyed at my choice.
omg me too!!! After chairpose I thought she wanted to go again (last time I did this one was a year ago so the memory of is a bit blurry) and I just broke down and said "NO!" in a super dramatic pleading way. But she went on with something else and I hussled behind and was like "oh ok, my bad!". But at this moment I really questionned my choices and sanity too. But now I feel good! :D

I have been following you yoga calendars since the beginning of 2019 and I have never felt better about my own body and my mindset. I have already lost some weight, which is really secondary to my all over health, but I would never have imagined that I could land in such a state of mind.

Hi All, I am doing this in sections, first 22 min done, loving the slow pace so far💚, having a lunch, taking the dog for walk in a snow strom🌨🌨🌨🌨🌨, hopefully having energy to continue then😅, Other 20 min done🤩, this is a challenge this time, love it though. Last part done, that was nice and relaxing, my left hip joint needs extra care, I fell cross country skiing and pulled a mucle. Motivate day 8 done, Happy women's day to all you yogies, 💚Namaste🙏

I procrastinated (ie made up excuses) all day Sunday to avoid this due to its length. But one can only watch so much news…and it wasn’t serving my heart and only causing more anxiety. Glad I finally got into this flow late in the day. Getting on the mat, some days, is the hardest part. Staying connected to breathe and this community is essential on days like these last few. Dear Adriene - Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your videos have been a life saver for me. I am "on the dark side of 50" and stuck in a small apartment in Paris all day. I went from a very active lifestyle to sitting in apartment all day, eating poorly, and feeling sad and anxious about a plethora of things. Five weeks into quarantine, I decided I had to do something, so I pulled out my dusty yoga mat that I had bought for stretching and subscribed to your channel. I started slowly with some of your beginner videos, as I hadn't practiced yoga in over 15 years. This morning, I sweated through a power yoga video, even doin
g some jumping jacks! :) Your channel has been a life saver for me. I even recommended it to my 81 year-old mother, who is extremely fit, and self-quarantined in the states.

Day 63 in a row. I was scarred of the length of this video, but it didn't feel so long. I found quite a few poses challenging but with modifications I managed to do that. And even though this seemed to be one of the harder yoga flows for me, I can feel calmness washing over me. Thank you, Adriene, for this wonderful practice.
When I realised that it is International women's day today, I felt even more connected to this video. It made me realise how strong we actually are/can be🧘♀️💪 I thought that I'm gonna do a little bit of extra work this evening but I've decided to spent some quality time with myself and do a little bit of extra selfcare instead♥️ Power and love to you all on this special day, ladies!

This was exactly what I needed today. Didn't sleep well last night and started the day with a needed but very draining therapy session. I've been trying to take my time today and just doing what my body craved. I tapped into some soft and strong feminine energy with this practice, and it made me connect with the full moon tonight. I'm feeling more spiritual roday than I have in a while, but it feels right. Maybe it's the saturn return approaching. Maybe it's just my mood.

Wasn't expecting to do the whole video after reading some comments but I made it! Definitely shows how much progress I've made since doing Center in January and deciding to continue the journey.
Also for any fellow plus size people, it's OK to take the legs a bit wider to make space for your belly and thighs in poses like child's pose, forward folds and mountain pose if it's more comfortable 💛

Hello everyone. I did part of this practice today but had to stop. There is mold in my apartment, and it has gotten worse. Started coughing through practice so best to postpoone and get outside for some air. I have a long walk planned today so am looking forward to that.

56 minutes is too long for me William, so I swapped for a 14 minute core practice. I do so sympathise with you today. @@gillsmith6740 I am in South Korea. Summer will bring the rainy season. I may just ask the landlord to repair this. It is a common problem in Korea, moreso if you have your apartment situated over an open area. Luckily, after years of catching bronchitis, my system seems able to prevent more than some basic symptoms from occuring. In the early days, it was a struggle.

I was a bit apprehensive to practise yesterday as it's 56 minutes. I was feeling tried, my hips were sore from playing pickleball and a long walk. I got on the mat anyway. When I came off the mat after 56 minutes of practise my hips and lower back were no longer sore. Yipee! Practise paid off and I was regenerated. Thank you Adriene.
I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for posting these videos. I appreciate what you do for me and so many other people. I have always been so reluctant to do yoga in public and I love that this gives me the opportunity to build confidence at home where I am most comfortable. I also love that these videos are free as I am sure SO many people appreciate because not everyone has $100 a month to drop on yoga classes. I love how real you are and that you don't do these videos to show off what you can do as a Yoga instructor (as so many do). You cater to all different levels of yoga and flexibility. Does anyone else find that when they're starting a yoga video, their breath is a bit jerky and laboured, but by the end it's perfectly smooth and natural? Thank you so much for your videos Adriene. You make me feel like a goddess.
This is my favorite class. Lots of time in each pose to really explore your body's sensations. A wonderful flow all the way to the end. Just fabulous! Thank you for this masterpiece.
I have stopped it at the 36 minute mark. I could not do it anymore. Thanks a ton! I am so glad I am still sticking to it since Jan 1st :) Yay
Wow, how much did I enjoy this practice?! I was really not looking forward to how long it was, but I am so glad I did it. The minutes flew by. I think it has become one of my favourites. I was able to do things I haven’t been able to do before, such as touch my nose to my right knee (left side is still a work in progress); touch my knees to both elbows; and to successfully do plank to upward facing dog to downward dog. Thank you for this practice, I will return to it again 🙏🏻
Despite the length of this unique practice, and despite such trials, I reached the end and completed, wahoo, and I am proud of myself, it was amazing and it really was worth it! You're my heroine, Adriene! You've no idea how much I adore you! Thank you so much for your hard work and for such incredible videos!

I am doing Blossom after the 30 day challenge and when I saw this I said "no way", "too hard" & "way too long"....but I started & kept hanging in there, telling myself "how will you feel if you quit versus finishing" and I kept going and I made it! So proud and feel so good. Amazing what we can accomplish, even with doubt. I could never have done this at the beginning of January. Really showed me how far I have come. It is going to be a great day. 😅

This flow is one of my favorites. Have been practicing everyday for about 4 years now. YWA has literally saved my life in so many ways. Emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. A thought 💭 that’s been running through my mind lately is how can YWA Community extend and reach those who are incarcerated? Would really love for my mom and anyone in those positions to be able to practice with Adriene and Benjiii 🧘♀️🐶❤️🙏

June ‘Courage’ has been amazing, I’ve yet to miss a day. Completely different to any other 30-days I’ve done. Lots of new videos, I haven’t practised before. My abs and arms are reeling from all the work this month but it’s been fab. Can’t wait to open the Sunday letter when I wake in the morning and see what the ‘July’ calendar has in store.
