I did not follow a couple of flows first time, but I did understand how every pose connects nicely. I always like your video, your flows are unique but smooth one after another. I really enjoy this instructors teaching style and personality. It is the exact right challenge and she walks you through the pose very elegantly. She is not matronizing or patronizing and is a humble warrior for goodness.
there are many very good to great teachers online - I also practice with Adrienne and Jessica Richburg - Kassandra is always the one I keep coming back to most often though..
I know this flow has been out for several years now, but it is my absolute favorite! I keep returning to it time and again. Just the right length and difficulty. Would love to see more like this one! Thanks for all you do - I so appreciate you.

The difficulty is perfect and it really helps me gauge my progress as I move through other videos but then return to this one every so often. Recently I've felt like I hit a rut but doing this one today and being surprised by my own capacity has reenergized me and made me proud of what I continue committing to. So grateful for Kassandra!!!!!

I curse myself halfway through any kind of yoga class but I have severe arthritis (knees, shoulders, hips) so know it’s use it or lose it. If I don’t practice every day, I may not be able to walk downstairs in the morning. So I grumble and move😊
@@dionegbama I do too: great toe, knees, back, hips (both replaced) elbow, shoulder, neck. Consider the Keto way of eating. It reduced my inflammation to almost nothing. I haven't felt this good in decades.
I usually do your 30 min yoga workouts but now and then I challenge myself to 45 min. I loved this one! Some parts were hard but I got through and listened to my body as you always suggest. Thank you for all your yoga videos. I practice with you about 3 times a week and I just feel so great afterwards. It's a great way to start my day. Thank you for being on UA-cam and for being you. Your gentle and kind manner make the whole experience so worth putting in the time and effort to make my 71 yo body stronger and flexible. Thank you, thank you Kassandra.

I loved this longer and challenging class! I have been kind of taking it a little easier with my yoga lately, and doing more gentle practices (dealing with some health/pain issues) But I saw this on my notifications today, and I felt up to it.
