    if you can make a small video regarding below ,
    as example : take individual weight 85-88KG , height 5 feet 10Inches . goal is to build muscles while loosing the Bodyfat .
    there is two equations to calculate BMR : ( Mifflin/ Harris-Benedict ) . which one is best , and how to select the correct one ?
    when we break down the calories to ( 40 / 40 / 20 ratio ) and keep a deficit per day and rotate it till 2 weeks and then again change the calories deficit target to stop plateau , what kind of foods will help to increate the muscle mass ? sample 3 main meal prep .

      I only take creatine, a scoop of whey protein or 2 when I run out of time to eat, a pre workout. 4000mg of fish oil, 5000 D3, multivitamin thats all

      Yes you can. Be on a slight energy deficit (10-15%) to start with

      If your goal is to have 6 packs focus on dropping your overall body fat. Be on a caloric deficit. Train your core with specific core movements 2-4x per week with about 3 exercises, 3 sets 15-20 reps. Work your way down on your energy intake whilst your training volume increases
