Also would argue that you should hold your breath on movements like squats deadlifts and even bench rather than breathe in during the eccentric and breathe out during the concentric. You'd wanna breathe in and brace before you start your rep and hold that throughout the rep so you're stable. Breathing in on the eccentric would leave you quite unstable in heavy low rep sets.
