I just re-found your channel and I’m obsessed. Not only your beautiful work with your home, but also the way you carry yourself. You’re elegant and fun and it’s wonderful.
I have that Waterford biscuit jar. It was a Christmas gift from my husband many years ago. Was very expensive at the time. Love it. Still has a prominent place in my china cabinet. I love all those old school treasures. Have seen so many of my belongings in your flea market videos. I’m keeping them. Grandmillenial style is a thing!
I CANT WAIT till you start decorating and using everything you got from all of the flea markets and thrift shops. This is my style to a T!!! 🥰🥰🥰 I LOVE anything vintage to decorate with ❤
I am totally obsessed with your vlogs on thrifting ,I'm so jealous, of all these really cool flea markets in America...love watching you and your mom go round all these great stores...I can't believe how picked up that rustic large vase for 15 dollars, wow...amazing..xx
Merveilleux "flea market"!!! Bravo pour ces jolis achats! Ta chaîne est celle que préfère sur "you tube" et c'est vraiment un moment de bonheur à chaque publication! Garde ce naturel et cette spontanéité Macenna,c'est toujours un plaisir de te suivre.
Hi, This sounds like a fun thing to do. To go to a big flea market. To fined some antique and unique things. The frames are gorgeous and the rug is very pretty. I can’t wait to see what you do to the laundry room. Stay safe. Have a good night. God Bless you guys!! Xo 😘 💕🌸💓
It's been forever since hubby and I have gone to the Rose Bowl flea market. Isn't it the BEST?!! This was so fun for me to watch because I love it there and grew up 2 towns over. Thanks, MaCenna!! xox💕
So on vintage silverware - my boyfriend for our first Christmas went to a silversmith with a picture of my grandmas antique silverware and got custom earrings made for me in the same pattern - fancy old silverware is the bomb
mee too! And i would quickly run away from it. All I can see at a flea market is a heap of other people's junk! I find it pretty clever from MaCenna that she is able to see through all the nasty stuff and find pretty things.
I love love love these shopping videos! And any video that ends with Kinsley growling is AMAZING!!🐾🐾❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Great content as always MaCenna. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
i am so glad you didn't remove the artwork from that frame! it never fails to make me sad when people buy artwork only for the frame and tear out the painting. love your finds from this trip!
I last went to rose bowl as a customer February 2020 as well. I went this time as a vendor. I was hoping I would catch you walking past my booth but I was by the main entrance of the main circle with my art. It was very busy they had to close the flea mid day from people entering because they reach capacity. It was very hot that day. Nice to see what they had in this section since I wasn’t shopping that day. Cheers 💕
My friend bought an old wedding dress at the thrift store and made the most beautiful lace covering for her daughters bassinet. It was GORGEOUS!! And for $10 (it was way back in the mid-90s)
I saw soooooo many things I wanted for ME, the pink dishes, wrought iron bed, pink tones rug that MaCenna picked up and looked at. But I live in Florida and where I live very limited for Flea Markets. I had fun with you MaCenna
I went to my first Long Beach flea market in July! Your video is inspiring me to go to the Rose Bowl, maybe when the weather cools a bit because it was hot and humid early when I was at LB; the baby was NOT happy lol
I’m literally freakin drooling over all the vintage treasures. I’m yelling at my screen, “NO, stop, go back, I want see that!”...as if you can hear me. Wtf is wrong w me? Haha! ❤️
The flea markets you go to are so cool & it seems people build collections of items. Where I’m from flea markets mostly consist of “garage sale” items that are outdated but not in a vintage/antique way 😂
My boyfriend and I went to the flea market last Sunday as well! We got there around 630 and left around 11. We couldn’t believe the amount of people there! Trying to leave was a nightmare. Also I was going to buy those turned wood table legs!!! Glad you picked them up 😆
ahhh so motivational, macenna i have already told myself that i will be renting one of those guests houses once they are done!!! cant waitt, love you alot!
I'm brazilian and I'm soooo jealous of this market, "old" and vintage decor pieces are extremely expensive in here because we love it and we don't have as much variety
I've watched you got o the Rose Bowl Flea Market so many times and always thought it was an odd name. Today when I saw the sign on the stadium it clicked that this is where the Rose Bowl game is played. Now I'm feeling right at home as I've watched so many Rose Bowl Parade - all those beautiful flowers used so creatively.
Hiya. Another great use for those furniture legs is to use them as the rungs in a blanket ladder. I see so many of these ladders for sale and they always seem so skinny, and when a blanket or quilt is folded and then hung on them, it is just too bulky. The legs would provide extra width to the rung to customize as you would like. Using different legs will create a truly eclectic look. However you use them, we all know the end result will be a success.
I believe your pot could be an antique stoneware butter churn crock, I wouldn’t change anything about it! I just bought two last week from an estate sale and they can get pretty pricey!
such a nice trip! thanks for taking us with you! cant wait to see the makeover of the only room that you've never done before (except for the tool cabinet) haha looove💖
My grandmother has a large painting by that same artist! It's a very similar rainy Parisian street scene. She's living in Ontario, Canada, so clearly that artist's work is widely traveled!
Everyone has cleaned out their houses since COVID lockdowns hit across the world!! The stuff you can pick up now is incredible and at bargain prices!! I am in Melbourne Australia, we are still sort of in lockdown so no big markets but heaps of stuff on line. Can’t wait till I can go to the markets again, so jealous watching this🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ohhh girl I went that same day you did but arrived at 930 and it was so crazy!😅 it was my first Rose Bowl! I still loved it! Friendly tip: bring an umbrella or a hat and lots of water and a snack if you plan to stay long, it’s definitely HUGE!!😅
Decades ago I bought a large wool Turkish rug for $25. I have used it in every single home that we’ve lived in. For our current home I needed an extra large rug, but I couldn’t find anything that looked good with the one I had. We only have one thrift store in town (the next town is a 7.5 hour drive away!), and so one day, while thrifting, I found a matching wool Turkish rug that was extra large!! I hauled that thing up front to buy it immediately!! So, yes, MaCenna is absolutely correct! If you see an old Turkish rug in your color scheme, BUY IT! They last through kids, pets, and hard traffic. I also just take it outside and hose it down every summer and let it dry outside hung over the railing. It holds up just great. These rugs were meant to be used on the sand/dirt in tents by the Bedouins. I also have a Turkish rug that my husband bought for me in Turkey, and it’s GORGEOUS! Except that I didn’t use it in one of our homes, I had it in storage (without moth balls) I cried when I unrolled it. The moths just had a feast. I’m hanging on to it in hopes of finding a Turkish rug restorer. It will be expensive, but totally worth it. (I still kick myself because I know better than to store a wool rug without mothballs).
When I saw those rolling pins, I thought how cute those would be cut in half (on the bias) and hung on the wall near your back door in TX. Such a cute coat rack!
So fun! We got there late (10:30!) it was so hot that day and I heard they closed the parking lot because the Rosebowl Flea Market was at capacity! Crazy! But I love shopping there too and enjoy looking at all the amazing vintage items. In May we went early ($20.00) this month late ($10.00) next month…. $20!!! Lol 🥰-frannie
You can't really compares prices on used items like that, lol. Prices vary by area. Just look around to get a feeling for what prices are like in your area. Don't ask a random girl on UA-cam who lives 4000 miles away from you That's ridiculous, lol.
I love thrifting! I wish we had something like that near me. I want that rug! 😂 I've been looking all over trying to find the perfect run for my bedroom and you just bought it. LOL
The only comparable flea market in my area (DeAnza, in Cupertino) hasn't decided to open up yet. So I'm living vicariously through you! You found some great stuff!
14:41and decrease the speed. What a creepy car. Legend has it it is still moving like that. Btw, I love the rug! I mean every rug there is in the flea market.
I went to my first Rose Bowl this month and it was an amazing experience! There were so many people, I could have passed you without even realizing it 🤯
Does Romeo hang out with you the whole time while you look at house stuff? He’s super patient! My husband will go with me but I can tell he gets impatient after awhile lol
I saw some Pink glassware 🥰. I live in Texas and don't get to travel around much So I Love going " thrift shopping," with you to see so many different kinds of finds. Thank you for sharing.
I will be looking forward to watch your fixing the frame video. Because i have a similar one with almost the same problem. Speaking of Turkish rugs, I am your big fan from Turkey. Keeping following.
4:55 that man was so cute/nice haha. He was so happy you bought the vase. Aww.
I just re-found your channel and I’m obsessed. Not only your beautiful work with your home, but also the way you carry yourself. You’re elegant and fun and it’s wonderful.

There's something so soothing and relaxing watching you touch and move items around lol I like the noises the items make 😄
I CANT WAIT till you start decorating and using everything you got from all of the flea markets and thrift shops. This is my style to a T!!! 🥰🥰🥰 I LOVE anything vintage to decorate with ❤

Looking forward to the laundry makeover. I can’t even imagine how you can do something with that little room. This will be very interesting! 👍🏼
Pot is great from umbrellas at your door...especially for the cottage!
I love love love these shopping videos! And any video that ends with Kinsley growling is AMAZING!!🐾🐾❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Great content as always MaCenna. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

2:22 those green chairs with the arm rests are gorgeous
8:09 these chairs too
Getting that rug professionally cleaned I bet would look even more beautiful and vibrant!!
I last went to rose bowl as a customer February 2020 as well. I went this time as a vendor. Thank you. I live in Texas now but miss California flea markets so much. I saw many items I would've put in my cart. That rug is fabulous.
My friend bought an old wedding dress at the thrift store and made the most beautiful lace covering for her daughters bassinet. It was GORGEOUS!! And for $10 (it was way back in the mid-90s)
I wish we had a flea market like this where I live. I would loooove walking through a place like this

Wow!!!! So much amazing stuff! I was drooling over those crystal pendant lights 😍😍😍
Have you gone to the Canton First Monday??? That place is HUGE but usually has parking and really cool finds.
The flea markets you go to are so cool & it seems people build collections of items. Where I’m from flea markets mostly consist of “garage sale” items that are outdated but not in a vintage/antique way 😂

My eyes widened at everything! Sometimes flea markets really are like your perfect "Ikea" or "Anthropologie" etc
I believe your pot could be an antique stoneware butter churn crock, I wouldn’t change anything about it! I just bought two last week from an estate sale and they can get pretty pricey!
I really enjoy these flea market videos! ❤️
Great thrift haul, love 💕 your little doggie in the end , my Max makes the same growling noise when we play tug of war

It was so much fun going along on your trip to the flea market
I can't wait to see the table and the laundry room. Great video.
I LOVE the Rose Bowl flea market!
Those legs would be great as a bathroom vanity. Molly at thehonesthome just did a really cute one. Also, the Rosebowl was crazy busy!!
that pot!!!!!!! SOO glad you bought that.
Anybody else feel like yelling "buy that ..."? For me it was the first hanging light fixture. It would have been so perfect!
Me too 😔
Yes!!!!! Exactly!
Yes, she needs to live feed these markets so we can comment things to buy us lol 🤣
Yes everytime I see a owl
The round table and chairs at 6:55 😍
I love seeing things open up in other countries and in my own, finally a sense of normalcy again ❤
You could use the table legs to make a vanity for a bathroom sink in the cottage!!
My grandmother has a large painting by that same artist! It's a very similar rainy Parisian street scene. She's living in Ontario, Canada, so clearly that artist's work is widely traveled!

Enjoy coming along on this ride.Great finds.
Do you know if the vendor at 1:58 has an Etsy shop? I love their beads every time you show them!
what is it !!

Hi McCenna, I would have purchased that mini chandelier for my foyer😄😜
not me living my decor fantasies through your videos 🥰🥰
When I saw those rolling pins, I thought how cute those would be cut in half (on the bias) and hung on the wall near your back door in TX. Such a cute coat rack!
I'd be in heaven at that fleas market 🤣 so many items I loved
Great Flea Market shopping!!
The doggo would look so cute with a fresh furcut! 💜🐶

The amount of stuff is overwhelming and so tantalizing.
It's always fun to tag along with you thrift shopping 😁😁😁. You found some really great pices 🥰🥰
How much did you get the rug for? And how big is it?
Starting to rug shop as well and looking for comparables. 🙂

Yes! My mom has her grandmother's.
Love love love watching when u go to thrift stores or markets
Wow would love to walk round that flea market
14:41and decrease the speed. What a creepy car. Legend has it it is still moving like that. Btw, I love the rug! I mean every rug there is in the flea market.
I went to my first Rose Bowl this month and it was an amazing experience! There were so many people, I could have passed you without even realizing it 🤯
omg!! Hope you found some amazing things!
Do you ever “laundry strip” anything you thrift? Like rugs? I fell down a laundry stripping rabbit hole and now I’m so curious!😂
Flea market is like heaven for me.. Love from India🇮🇳..
OMG I loove the round table and chairs at 6:55 😍
You have access to some great flea markets. I am actually talking to myself as you walk around. Your mom should be here too.
The piece of art around 4:30 reminds me of the illustrations in this old Brothers Grimm book I had as a kid called "Dear Mili"
Yay loved the tour of the Rose Bowl, I need to go to my local big thrift at Round Top and Faux Real in Liberty
You should check out Canton, TX trade days!
Does Romeo hang out with you the whole time while you look at house stuff? He’s super patient! My husband will go with me but I can tell he gets impatient after awhile lol
I'm so excited with the laundry room makeover
Kinsley reminds me so much of my Maltese! I know she is a poodle but she looks like my baby (who I miss dearly) with curls 😔
I love watching our videos with a hot coffee in the sun! Love from New Zealand 💖
The drawers at 2:21 look just like the one you almost got for a thrift flip last time! Same colour and handles just taller!
I saw some Pink glassware 🥰. I live in Texas and don't get to travel around much
So I Love going " thrift shopping," with you to see so many different kinds of finds. Thank you for sharing.
I have to visit those flea markets. Never been it looks like so much fun. Thanks for the vid!.
Yay! A flea market video, can’t wait to see what you find!
the "feet" on the legs are really nice if move the table and the new space has uneven floor.
Love it when you go to my home town… the rose bowl was such a huge part of my childhood 😍
Great videos and awesome finds. The large pot for $15 was my face. I was ooohhhhing and awwwing please get it!!😆😁🙌🏽👍🏾
Can't wait MaCenna. I feel so excited.
I will be looking forward to watch your fixing the frame video. Because i have a similar one with almost the same problem. Speaking of Turkish rugs, I am your big fan from Turkey. Keeping following.
I love the Paris print. Beautiful. Love it!
