Loved this! I tried this arm routine an with my 3 weight dumbbells, repeated it two times to make it 20 minutes at least and wow, I’m amazed! I used to workout a lot in the gym and with more weight, but this just burn! 🔥 thanks for sharing this!
I used a pair of 4kg dumbbells and it burns! I have been working out for a long time. It looks easy but if you use the right pair of weights for your level, you will feel it. First time visiting her channel and will certainly come back again

Hey Lucy! Yes you can! However 3 to 4 times a week is probably ideal, this way your muscles have time to recover and won't get too used to the movements. You could always mix it up with another one of my arm routines, or focus on legs/glutes one day, arms and abs the next! Enjoy! :)
This was just shoulders. Maybe 30 seconds of the 11 minutes was biceps and 1 minute was triceps. Should really be called a shoulder workout instead of an arm workout.

This was an INSANE burn with two pound weights haha I get the hype!!!!! Had to take a couple seconds inbetween but got right back into it:))

I've been lifting 10-15lbs weights for 3 months, 6 days a week. But wow this 10 minute workout with 2lb weights had my arms burning! Thank you!

I did it with no weights and it's still effective!
I’ve been weightlifting for years and recently hit a slump. I used 5 lbs dumbbells and I was struggling! I will definitely be doing this often
