I have MECFS (from mono I haven’t had covid) and yes, I’ve found the same thing. As long as I keep it to like 15 minutes and there’s not a lot of up and down it doesn’t crash me at all. I used to think that getting my heart rate up was causing crashes, but I use a stationary bike and I get pretty sweaty and it’s fine. I finally figured out that the routines where I have to stand up then lie down then stand up then lie down are really bad for me even if they are short. I don’t have pots, but my body doesn’t like those transitions at all.
I love your exercises with small dumbbells that I do every other day. So Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For me, 10 to 12 minutes is enough. I have no intention of becoming super muscular. The only thing I want is just to firm it up a bit. Before I did it 5 times a week and I found that my neck and my back seemed too muscular. With this dear menopause what was firm before is unfortunately a little droopy. So, I've been doing dumbbells since last September. Thank you again very much Eleni.👍🥰🇨🇦

I am very grateful to you, because in these 3 months I've been very motivated to be diligent in Workouts. and take it step by step slowly but surely. it can't be instantaneous in forming the ideal body. but I'm content with slowly changing my body shape. and being able to love my body by diligently exercising properly.
I like to come back to this whenever I've missed time to avoid injury by easing back into shape using this excellent arm routine using lighter weight dbells than I did when I last worked out. All of FITBYMIKs workouts are excellent.

Thank you for the great workout. It was a great do-able yet challenging arm workout. I am so glad no squats and no lunges or arm raises out to the side. I don't want my traps to get big. That's where my knots normally form. . 😅

This was perfection! I have a bad neck and I was having such terrible pain in my upper back all day. This helped so much. These muscles needed to move apparently

Whoa Nellie. YESSSS this workout kicks a...um arms! Tried 5lbs heavier dbells than my previous visits here. Couldn't stay there, had to peel back after the arm sets.
