Thanks for posting this video. My stepdad gave me some little dumbbells and I was wondering what do. From your video I am just going to get creative and do what feels right and use a lot of movement.
If you took 2 minutes to explain how the proper form/mechanics of each exercise along with the pitfalls, the video would be over 2hrs. If you did 3 sets of 10 of each exercise and did 3 exercises a day, it would take you more than a month to complete and you would accomplish 1000+ reps.
Nice video suggestions. I'm trying to get to a point of acceptable fitness as a 60 y/o woman with lung cancer. After undergoing radiation and chemo, and about to undergo a year of immunotherapy, my body is craving exercises to firm up. Chemo.radiation shrunk my tumors enough that my breathing has become normal enough that don't want to just sit in front of the tv anymore. Been using my daughter's 6 lb dumbbell for about a week now and I know I need something just a tad more challenging.
At 1:28 the drum solo sounds almost exactly, but not quite as awesome as The B52's Whammy Kiss drum solo. This is an awesome find. I will review it a few times to see which ones I will add to my home routine.

Matt King most people would do 4 sets of 10 but since the weights are so light I say do 20 or 30. I have 10 pounders and since they are so light I’ve been doing like 40 curls on each hand for 1 set
2 kg = 4.4 lbs. If you can, hold both in one hand. That is what I do with some of the smaller neoprene covered weights that I was given as a gift. Best wishes.

Good ideas, especially for beginners, like me. 10 to 12 lbs of dumbells (set) are enough for me to handle already, for now.
