    Hi sir, I have a very deep request. Please make a video on it & that is all the cardio exercises that we can do on the aerobic stepper exercise or adjustable stepper. As i want to workout at home with stepper as my cardio equipment.

    I think we are related and we just don't know it. You do all this inventive crazy plyometric high intensity type training and mix it together like me. I never know what the hell to call exercises when writing workouts for clients. Lol. I just know they enjoy this kind of stuff because it is unique, challenging, and definitely not boring. Great videos

    these are great videos, but since they squeeze everything into tiny videos, it becomes horrible to watch and get something positive or of them. please make them 30-45 seconds longer so that we have time to study and learn.
