    That hyperextension at the end of the deadlift is a terrible habit. There's no reason to do it. It's scientifically proven to have no benefits. So all you got is a risk of injury and no reward.

      @@ishraqkabir8681 I use to follow Athlean-X channel religiously but unfortunately some of his videos have been very rinse and repeat. Athlean-X def one of my inspirations to where I am today in the fitness industry though... Try watching dudes like Ryan Humiston or Jeremy Ethier produce videos that cater to my liking a bit more now.

      The American hip thrust you put your mid back on the bench rather than your shoulder blades like with reg deadlift . Most people can push a lot more weight with the American hip thrust

    His body is build with heavyweight exercises. These exercises are good to be healthy in terms of tendons, pains, contractures.
    His body is build by weight training, at least he lifts with ease his body on bench press, militar press and squats with 5-6 reps and proper form.

      Carlos Gonzalez Del Sol the Boxer I know does body workouts and Jails now don’t allow weights maybe in other states but here in Cali many are not allowed. They use body weight and get yoked

    American deadlifts can rehab back injuries if done properly please do not take his form as proper. This is why people get hurt and blame the lift

      Not sure of other places, but Hindu squat and push-ups are standard exercise of akhadas (Indian wrestling ring)

    What is the difference between the Romanian Deadlift (0:54) and American Deadlift (2:06)?

    You are not suppose to lean back on a conventional deadlift you lose muscle contraction. When at the top of your deadlift everything should be contracted no muscle supports you when your kinetic stack is broken and your upper body is behind your hips.....

    Turkish Getup is the most useless exercise I can imagine. Why would someone add such a complicated and hard to remember workout into his or her routine?
    I would better be under the barbell doing a set of squats.
