🏆If we could give an Oscar to the UA-cam plant guru who brings in the most excitement, I would cast my vote for you. I’m generally on the edge of my seat each time I watch one of your vlogs.🖖🏾
Hello Kevin, a HUGE THANK YOU for this awesome Hoya video. This was one of my questions to you on your Q&A video. From your info, I am going to try giving my Hoyas much more light than I have been. I believe my oldest Hoya is about 18 months old so it could be that the others are not old enough yet to bloom. xoxoxo
Love love love that beautiful flower Kevin. My polynera hasn’t flowered in 2 years. Moved her to the bathroom with better light and high humidity. It has put out 9 peduncles! And some of my Hoya I’ve only had for 3 months are all putting out pedunlces. They all love the humidity and light in the bathroom - but we’re in opposite seasons and are just coming into summer in New Zealand
The 2 that flowered for me as tiny cuttings are the multiflora and decipulae. I love the thin leafed ones 🥰 edit to say how much I love your videos and I'm looking forward to seeing you every day in December 🎉
Hi Kevin, happy to see the blooms on your Hoyas! Thanks for sharing with us! I found that Hoya heuschkilina variegated grew super slowly in PON compared to the growth I was seeing on yours and Fern’s videos. Last month I repotted it in a soil mix and put it in RUDSTA cabinet. Finally, getting new leaves! I have hit and miss with PON and hoyas.
I just love your videos!! You have so inspired me to do some fun projects! I love the way that you grow plants! I am also on a philo and anthurium kick too!! So theres that!!! Love you!!! 🥰
I am enjoy your passion, transparency in your journey w plants! Hoya, monsteras & philodendron are a new obsession of mine.. love propagating and experimentation in helping my plants thrive! So The different substrates I never knew existed. Or just never taken time to understand.. well I’m learning.
Hiiiiiii Kevin I just started my love for Hoyas and wow wow wow!! Those blooms are cute!!!! I’m still new to houseplants so I’m working on getting grow lights and everything else I need but I’m super excited for when mines do bloom. Thank you for this video 😄
Hi Kevin. Love this video. Awesome hoyas. One of my 2024 goal is to transfer my younger hoyas into Pon once this substrate become available. Can’t wait
Oh hey, Kevin, happy Wax Plant Wednesday! Your Hoya are growing like craaazy OMG! My H. Rotundafolia is budding up for the first time, my H. Lockii White is as well. I also just experienced my H.Papaschonii blooming for the first time! Have you ever tried to preserve the flowers?
Always a pleasure to see your hoya. Lovely, lovely blooms. How long did the Ganung Gading blooms last? Miro says that Finlaysonnii types last between 1 day and four days 👀
I bought a rooted cutting of Hoya heuschkeliana yellow about two weeks ago and she has a peduncle now and am like Y'all the green thumb is so greening. I was so surprised coz she's not even a foot long and her roots are you know countable
I love your heuschkeliana, Kevin! That is one I don't have yet. When you move them to pon the first time do you keep a water reservoir with nutrients right away or wait a couple of weeks before doing so?
