You are def one of my favorites because you show the good and the not so good--which is good enough for the rest of us 😂. Thank you for making these vids, I watch all of them!!
Awww thank youuuu
4:44 you just standing chillin in a MASSIVE JUNGLE iconic
Always love your updates that include a 'then and now.' The variegated Polyneura is my favourite hoya (that I don't have!) ...and now I am coveting the Broget, darn you! Your Mathilde continues to impress.
Hahaha thanks ☺️ they’re all beauties
Kevin, you inspired me to get my polynuera cuttings! I got the broget first and shopped around for the outer varigated but got it soon after. I've had mine for almost a year but was not as aggressive in propagating them. I have two decent sized pots of the broget and one pot of the outer varigated. I just got my inner varigated cutting about a month ago and it's already pushed out its second set of leaves. I can't see the prices staying high on them for long. Just two days ago I got my first BMF baby. I can't wait until it's gets mature like yours!! Thanks for all the inspiration!! I love your channel!
Ok I’m convinced you are doing some kind of sorcery because the growth you get is insane! 😂 I’m so jealous lol. I’ve had a polyneura outer variegated for some time now and it’s still so small 😅. I love watching your videos! 💚
I just propagated a bunch of my hoya and my mathilde had so many peduncles (not blooming tho, just hanging lol) and I'm like GIRL where do i even cut?? :D Your polyneuras are stunning, I want one so bad now haha
Yay! Waxplant Day Kevin video!!! OMG any video with these poly hoyas, I will stop everything I’m doing to watch!! Stunning updates!! So grateful you’re sharing your progress on these babies ❤
Hahaha right the poly is everything! Thanks for watching 🥹
always obsessed with your big bushy pots of Hoya!! Hopefully mine get to grow as big as yours 🙏🙏
They look so good! Love how you show clips of earlier days for reference. Happy growing!
Oh I’m glad you liked it 💚
I love all your Hoya videos. Thank you for sharing with us. You are a charmer.
Those blooms are darling.
Insane, you are the king if plant growth. I got a cutting of outer poly about a year ago and I have lost cuttings, cream leaves and still only 4 leaf cutting. You should sermt up a plant daycare and grow our plants for us and then we can take them back when they are huge 😂😂😂 love hanging out with you, morning routine, make tea, avocado toast and chill with Kevin. ❤
Oh hello love ❤️ haha plant daycare love that! Thanks for the support 🥹
Really love the texture of the coriacea leaves.
I had actually stopped watching youtube or anything, I am so glad that your posting again!! It really was boring without your fun-loving and cheery personality! Love you, of course your Hoyas, and your content! send love from Florence Alabama! 💌🤗
I’ve been using your method of filling the water to the top for propagations for Hoyas and it absolutely works👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 the only thing I hate is that Hoyas blooms make such a mess. I’m constantly vacuuming😊
Omg yayyyy I’m glad to hear 👂
I have a new found love for Polyneura. We started with a small cutting last spring and we now have a full 8inch trailing, full hanging basket AND 32 props going for a second basket. My blooms died off last year but I think this year I’ll be sure to fertilize a little more and hope for the best? 😂
I love the insularis. I have looked for them and have found on Etsy but never when I have money to spend. Lol. 😂
Updates are wonderful! Thank you, learn so much.
Some gorgeous Hoyas 😀🇨🇦
I love your updates. So few people do them. Thanks.
Oh yay I’m glad you liked it 🥹
*❤❤❤❤❤❤THANK YOU KEVIN!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤*
No, thank you 💚☺️
Yayyy!! Another Hoya video 🙌🤪
Yayyyyyy
Thanks for the update Kevin!
The outer variegated polyneura just looks like a variagated ficus benjamin to me and I can't unsee it. It's giving me 90s office plant vibes 😂
But I love watching you have fun with them ❤
Hahahah love that 😂
💚💚💚 not you got me watching a dang hoya vid 😂 nice to see your face 😊
Hahahahha aww you’re the best
I’m sooo pleased that you said about keeping plants consistently moist, I totally belive in this and dont let any of my plants dry out fully (with the exception of my succulents and cacti) and they all seem to be doing their best like that. It didnt make sense to me to let them dry out, roots are constantly seeking moisture, whether that be through the ground or the humid air they typically grow in. Loved seeing your updates, I love Hoya content!! Hope you’re well 🥰
Just send me some cuttings alreadyyyyyyyy!!! My regular Polyneura is pretty amazing!! I need those guys too!!😊
"Kevin 1 year ago" was so freaking cute 🙊
Skinny legend 😂 hahaha
I keep on scrolling on your ytube account to find hoya contents and end up watching almost all your vids hahahaha and was so happy to see there's a hoya vlog agaaaain!!!!!!!🎉🎉🎉
Hahah oh yayyy
As someone who makes cat content but has to have something in the background when I do plant chores, I hear you. Idk how you do it. If I filmed myself doing plant chores, I think people would think I'm crazy because I listen to weird stuff and talk to my plants.
Eek hi!!!!
Hellooooo 👋💚
More hoya contents!!!!!😂🥰
Yaaaasss
I love seeing plant chore videos but if it stresses you out then making some update videos instead also workes 😊
Yaaassss
Yayyyyy!! You inspired me to finally get a mathilde super splash 😊! Love ya ❤
Insularis is beautiful ! Your knack for growing Hoyas is impeccable. I am in the process of getting some shelves and good quality grow lights because I have learned that the strong lighting is most important when growing hoyas from you. So, thank you for everything you do. You’re amazing 🤩
*most Hoyas
Kevin you make me sick..! I feel like a lousy plant momma. Your babies are definitely gorgeous…!What’s your secret? Wait.. I know now… that beautiful voice of yours singing to all your plants..❤
The insularis blooms look like baby bottles 🍼 🥹🥰
Rightttt 😂😂
Hi. I have 1 green polyneura, getting a broget & want a albo. All cuttings. What’s the best way to propagate like yours? Where did you get those pots? Love them. I’m new to Hoyas & getting obsessed…and …do you sell cuttings? I have my 2 cuttings in a mix of cactus, leca , fluval, perlite & vermiculite. A bit of soil too. Is that good? Please answer. Love your tutorials 💕
The lights I have do not sun stress my Hoyas, so disappointed, and mine aren’t cheap but aren’t mothers either, what lights do you use? I’ll have to go look if you posted a vid on your light situation, did you say sunblasters?
PIVOT! 😂
Sigh 😌 that voice Kev ❤
Do the new leaves come in a lighter Green and darken as they harden? My first new leaves are so much lighter then the cutting it came from.
Do you ever let them callous? I wish I was this brave!!! lol 😂
What do you have in the bags? Some insects against what? Hoyas love mealybugs, I hate them.
Beneficial bugs 🐛
👍🏼
I have two Polyneuras (regular green and the Albomarginata) in a chunky aroid mix and yes you have to stay on top of watering, they're thirstier than a lot of other hoyas. If the substrate is really airy and you have it in a small pot, that may mean watering as frequently as twice a week. I have my Broget/ Silver in pon and I refill the reservoir about once a week. The one in pon is maybe growing marginally faster than the other two but they're all doing well. For those struggling with this plant, please double check you're not dealing with 'invisible' pests like flat mites or root mealies. My green Poly has had both in the past 😭
