    We are so excited to share this recipe with you guys. Not only is it the perfect “carb-y” treat, you can use any filling you’d like!
    Depending on your preference, you can bake these a little less if you want and more gooey texture or if you like your baked goods a little more done, just add a few more minutes to your timer!
    We have been tirelessly testing dough trying to find a dough that is about as close to the real thing as they come...and I think it’s safe to say, this is pretty darn close!

    I’ve made similar with sweet potato, it was a flop from something in a recipe so I turned it into these, only cooked in a skillet. Will give these a try. Thank you

    I just discovered your channel and I love it! I just subscribed and plan to support you on Patreon. Problem with meal plans, is that they are usually egg dependent. I’m allergic to eggs and can’t eat omelets, or anything that’s concentrated with eggs. A lot of keto recipes out there CalligraphyFontsHandwriting for the inclusion of four eggs, for example cloud bread, and they think a good breakfast has to include some kind of fried egg, omelette, frittata, etc. are your meal plans and dependent? I am encouraged though, because all of the recipes I’ve seen so far have included only one egg. And I love it! That is just perfect for me. I also love your website it’s so beautifully organized. You’ve done a lot of hard work and it is appreciated 🙋‍♀️💐🗽🏖. Love from Long Island New York

    The idea of this was so good but although I followed the recipe and video, the pastry idea was a total fail for me. Don't know where I messed up. To salvage the ingredients I spread the filling in a pie dish and using wet hands, I formed the sticky dough into a solid crust across the top, slathered butter on top of the crust and sprinkled with golden monk fruit. I baked at 375 for 30 minutes until the top was browning and bubbly. It's very tasty with a shortbread buttery crust. It needs more filling so if I do it again, I would increase the amount of filling and just make a deep-dish cobbler out of it. Thanks for the idea. It's a real keeper as a cobbler.

    Yum! I have seeds for a smaller butternut squash called honey nut squash that I can’t wait to get growing in my garden this spring. I bought a few from a farm stand a couple years ago and fell in love with them. Yes, they have carbs...but as the saying goes, choose your poison. And compared to a Krispy Kreme or handful of Oreos? Honestly though, you burn off everything when you’re sweating bullets in the garden all summer AND you get the best tomatoes to ever land on your tongue!

    What is keto flour?

      I got it on Amazon. We just used a quarter of a cup bc it does contain gluten though, but is super low in carbs. we have made this recipe with all almond flour and it is great also!

      Thank you. I'll take a look at it. I hope it's not bad grains, and is Organic. Having this type of flour every once in a while is not a bad thing.

      We totally understood AND got the beautiful gist of your comment and compliments! Thank you so much! And about the eggs...I hate eggy tastes so that why we try to avoid them. The chaffles? Never got on that band wagon!
      But our meal plans aren’t really ‘plans’. They are 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 5 dinners ,5 sides and 3 snacks that you can mix and match according to your macro needs. Our breakfasts usually have an egg option but we also have other ideas as well!

    Isn't pumpkin too sweet for keto?

      Not for us. We take a whole food approach to keto. Pumpkin, and winter squashes may have a few more carbs than the green veggies, but have so much phytonutrients and antioxidants we eat them, but simply keep within our macros. They actually have just 2 more than kale. Plus they help curb that sweet tooth!
