    Great recipe. You didn't make a spring roll, though - you made a version of spanikopita. Still wonderful! I'll use with Chinese flavored (soy/aminos, ginger, garlic, 5-spice) cooked cabbage and other veg to make a spring roll. Thanks!

    Hi can we use substitue gelatin with xantham gum?thank you

      I believe you can, however from what I understand you need to use half of the amount required in the recipe for example use 1 teaspoon of xanthan for 2 teaspoons of unflavoured gelatine. Please note I have not used xanthan for this recipe as I usually use agar agar as it works well with the heavy lupin flour so I don’t know how exactly it would turn out using xanthan. If it works and turns out well please let me know ☺️

      @@amoolah-keto-english dear madam ,a simple thank you will not express all thé gratitude I feel for you .actually I tried Your recepie with thé agar agar since I do not want gelatin And I made some substitutions : I used oat fiber and egg white protein powder.mixing the ingrédients with hand wisk and that is it .turned out a perfect recepie and made a lot of sheets.i am vert happy with the results .i tried so much recepies before and Never got something this close to te real ones but even better .thank you again 🥰😘😘😘😍😍🥰🥰

      Actually you don’t need either. I tried mine last night with and without gelatin nor xanthan gum.
