As a 74 year old in Canada here, had arthroscopic knee surgery at the end of August 2023. Eight months later, I exist in 9/10 pain all day long. Now have even more pain in the other knee as well as in both hips which had not been painful before. Went to physio, but it didn’t make much difference. Very discouraging and don’t want to get up from the chair.
