When I first did this routine a few months ago, it was pretty challenging. Today, I was amazed at my balance and strength in some of the poses. Practice does make perfect.

As for my flexibility, I've always been quite flexible but now I don't hurt myself when asking my body to do things that require flexibility.

I have to say I'm mighty proud of myself. Twenty then eight then five years ago, I've been doing yoga but not like I'm capable now since my journey of the past three years. At 58, I don't actually struggle with a session like this one. I have a loose right hip joint and had decades of back problems which are completely lessened now. Keep it up, that's my advice. This has been a surprising and amazing journey.

Only started this about a week ago and I am already feeling my back pain and shoulder pain reducing. I only have to take my morning painkillers as doing this first thing in the afternoon makes such a difference! You're a wonderful teacher, so chill and easy to follow :)
One of the better yoga videos I've found on line. I'm intermediate/advanced and do not care for the friendly non-yoga chit-chat. I understand that beginners and some intermediate people like it. It's like taking yoga from a neighborhood friend. But I just want good, clear, concise instruction, so I know how to best complete the position, and so I can focus on actually doing it without distraction. The consistent focus on breath was another refreshing difference to other vids. The range of poses was nice. There were a couple I had not been exposed to before. I'll definitely be looking at more of these. Thanks.

I've been doing yoga for a month or two and was able to do this. not even close to as good as cole but it is beginners. if you look at other yoga videos you'll see with all the inversions how hard some yoga can be. this is so relaxing. love this one. going into my favorites.
This is only my second class with Cole, but I have found both of them deeply satisfying- Nice pace and variety of movements. You have a calm presence without overdoing the yoga voice. I chose this one because it has Janu Sirsasana in the thumbnail. I like that you include pigeon pose- one of my favorites. I've been doing yoga daily for over 30 years and found it a good stretch, so I can see how beginners with limited flexibility would find this challenging.
one of my favorite videos to follow along with. love love love cole ! she gives simple instruction and follows with quiet. some other instructors talk too much throughout practice, which doesn't help me as i'm trying to focus on mind/body/breath. i also don't want to be told jokes as i practice mindful movements... ha! cole has wonderful voice, as well.

It was perfectly for me as a beginner. Not too fast or too slow that it becomes boring. I think the key is that you have to practice the same flow a few times so you can see you're getting better. That was fun!

Cole, as someone who has been practising yoga for a while I love you flows so much - there is always something that surprises me in them and that helps me go deeper and feel the stretches in a new way. Thank you for this practice - it was exactly what I needed and what I came here for!
I haven't done yoga in a few years so this was definitely difficult for me and I only made it ten minutes, but this has a great flow to it and I feel like it works perfectly for me getting back into regularly doing yoga! Even at only ten minutes I feel like it helped a lot!

Thank you for a fantastic class. I am not a beginner and enjoyed all the gentle pointers (reminders) very useful. The pace was great I got a lot out of this class.
