I'm always in awe of young African Americans who pack up and move to Africa. That takes a tremendous amount of courage. I would love to do that one day.
My mouth is hanging open, this Brother’s green thumb is OUTRAGEOUS. He has his own Whole Foods Exotic Produce Section in his backyard. Yah has s gifted him indeed!!!!
I love it too because she learned all of that knowledge from him... And now he knows she paid attention and he has a legacy to leave all of his knowledge and effort 💓💓💓
That's true whenever adults were talking I was always told to stay out of grown folks business. Whenever God blesses me with a child I will definitely try not to raise him or her the way I grew up.
YES she is! When she said "a parasite" I was quite impressed and hearing her little voice in the background constantly chiming in is too cute especially since she knows what she is talking about and is inquisitive too.
APTTMHC it is so great she is not being shut up like was done to children as part of the US toxic european culture in this country! Children are WONDERFUL GIFTS FROM TMHC👌🏽🌱❤🖤💚🌱
I'm so happy to see our African Descent people linking up! Whatever your African living in U.S. or a African living in the west Indies/ Carribean. We come together humble in Africa! Bless it
Christopher Barksdale . None. There's no such thing as an African American. If your referring to Black People, We are Alkebulanian or you can say African
The baby speaking in the background made me smile so intelligent and sounds so happy. To me this is what it means to be rich. Also I love star fruit but it's expensive in the states
This is life (not aiming to slave for the best corporations) and I believe that this is how our Creator intended for us to live. We have been taught to rely heavily on supermarkets, etc to feed us, instead of being mostly self reliant, but there will come a time when we wish we had our own land to grow our own crops. Thank you for sharing!!
I love how the Daughter is so knowledgeable in the background. Clearly, her Pops is an excellent teacher and she’s a passionate student. Thanks for sharing!
I love that he allows her to express her personality. This is why she’s so smart and confident Most black children are taught fear and trauma in the West
They have been programmed in the churches to teach slavery to children so when they grow up they have fear which shuts down their full potential in their dna and melanin
Excellent video brother you should interview the young lady let her tell her story of how much she loves her life there young age but already full of knowledge
I understand that she has a lot to say but her constant interruptions are kind of annoying to some of us who was raised not to interrupt grown folk conversation.
I keep telling people our children are our main investment, this amazing little girl is going to grow up, healthy, happy, have a standard for the company she keeps all thanks to her upbringing. Amazing video, much thanks.
My brother, I love your videos and wish you could increase the volume of the dialogue a little so I don't have to turn the volume of my TV so high and them reduce it when you are playing music. Thank you very much and continue to bring give us a look at our country. We Thank You and Your Family!
I love these kids' voices, enthusiasm, and their "help" with the tour. Seems like peace personified. Ba'Ba is an intelligent horticulturist among other intelligences.
Now this is the life, even if I had the money I would live like this its the Rastaway in me. I love being surrounded by nature and not having the stress of being in debt.
I LOVE THIS EPISODE. GREAT INFORMATION AND ESPECIALLY THE LITTLE SWEET YOUNG LADY THAT WAS SO FULL OF INFORMATION LIKE HER DAD. SHE IS TRULY LISTENING TO ALL HER DAD'S KNOWLEDGE. I WANT TO COME LIVE THERE, ESPECIALLY AFTER I TRY TO COME VISIT THIS YEAR 2018. TAKE AND PEACE & LOVE TO YOUR FAMILY.
Thanks Erma! Yes his daughter Sophia has such an adventurous spirit. She is awesome. Her father is a farmer and her mother is a chef. She will accomplish great things. Peace and love to you as well.
Yes, Erma. That little girl was so articulate, upbeat and knowledgeable - warmed my heart. Thanks for the vid, Native Borne. I love the exposure to this stuff.
I just want to thank you man. Every time I watch your videos I feel closer to my roots. I am first generation Haitian American and Ghana reminds me of Haiti so much. I can't wait to come visit Ghana. Keep doing what you're doing and stay blessed brother.
Star fruit one of my favorite, we have a lot back home in Jamaica. I only see it in Wholefoods in London U.K. and it's so expensive 1 small one for £5 😊 wow can't wait to visit Ghana #land of my ancestors#💚
Chocolate City Homeschool Life There’s nothing cute about a child interrupting two grown men as they try to talk. It would be rude for an adult to do that so it’s definitely rude for a child. Her father should have asked her to play with the little boy as they talk instead of just ignoring her. He knew she was being rude. I see the other guy’s son didn’t do that. I think he knew better.
@@MI-vn4tp You definitely have to watch more of Native Borne's channel. John's son Yoshua is Autistic but he LOVES nature. I'm sure that is why John took him there with him and John insist that his son needs more of his time than his daughters. Sophia a/k/a fefe is Baba's daughter. I'm sure he did not warn off her commentary because maybe he is proud to show he has a legacy to carry on all his hard work. They are both Awesome fathers. You should watch the video about "going to the falls with the Rasta." Don't think outside of the box, get rid of the box all together 🤷 Peace and Love 💓💓💓 Vibrate Higher🙏🌱
Love your video, love the bush, love everything this young man is doing living off the land. keep videos like this coming. I am hoping the end of the year I will be able to move to Ghana.
this was dope. seeing all the things we are used to eating in the Caribbean and how that exchange of seeds works so well in Ghana. Nice to see the bro from STX living well out there.Episode is on point

Great video, lovely seeing your family. Your daughter is precocious - very astute and bright and listens to everything that was said, which is learning for her. It was such a blessing to see the Star Fruit Tree - where I come from you're lucky to see that kind of beautiful fruit in the supermarket. All praises to the Most High!!!!

Me too and I would love living off the grid. I love to plant and grow vegetables and fruit.
I would have to have at least 2.5 -3 acres to live on
Me too
I would love to and I have no reservations, my husband now that's a different story. I pray God changes his heart.
My mouth is hanging open, this Brother’s green thumb is OUTRAGEOUS. He has his own Whole Foods Exotic Produce Section in his backyard. Yah has s gifted him indeed!!!!
With all his imported seeds from the islands, his one-yard has changed the entire ecosystem of the continent of Africa. hahah just amazing!
Love the fact that the rastaman allows his daughter to speak! Most of us were brought up in a culture that shut children up. Nice video!

Right.. From time I heard that accent I say King man a Cruzian, or wha??
I was thinking the same thing. I would like to see a channel by him showing his day to day off the grid.
Money is the only issue stoping me my family from moving!! Ugh!! I need this in my life so bad!! I am going to find a way!
We are definitely on the same page!!
Yep I think money stops a lot of us from moving. I was able to visit 7 years ago. I hope to make it to stay at least by retirement. #motherland
@Bongusta Mondo thats right. Consumerism is a big hindrance in saving.
Develope a game plan. Maybe you and your family can decide to start a savings together. I believe in you queen. See you on the continent 🙂

Rasta has a nice set up. He trained his daughter well.
Yes, his set up is very nice. His daughter is awesome and very independent.
Rasta how did you purchased your land? Is there more land in the mountain like yours for sale?
He allows his daughter to have confidence in her personality hence why she’s so smart
Rasta has some serious botany skills. I am really impressed.
