Thanks for the video, so my hubby has issues with fugas as well and the only thing ever that cleared it up, was straight women yeast infection pills, crazy right, he tried everything before nothing worked until that!

Yes, but I have noticed I have to be incredibly strict with it. No dairy. And though it's not carnivore, I would add hot sauce here and there. can't really do that anymore as it spikes my candida flare ups. Recently (since this video was from two years ago) I got pretty sick and had to take antibiotics, so I'm resetting my gut with supplements. Candida has been nothing short of a roller coaster lol
