@@DrJinSung In my country, there is no neurologist I trust..because I have seen more than one neurologist and my condition has not improved..please help me
Thank you very much for this video. I'm a naturopath and last Sunday I had several clients come and leave with adrenal formulations, I only now realise it was a message for me, all symptoms present since a couple of weeks. Thank you again!
I was recently hospitalized and treated for hypertensive crisis caused by adrenal crisis. My potassium level was below 3.0 nearer 2.5 apparently. Oddly, the only two symptoms on that list I experienced leading up to the hospitalization was sleep interruption and weak nails, both of which presented over a year before the holiday in emergency! Actually even the doctors were surprised there were no chest pains. I went in because I was chronically constipated and had no idea I was actually shutting down! Stress unchecked sure does kill!
Wow, I hope you're okay now. I'm glad I read your comment, because my potassium seems very low too, although I have the other symptoms, and they always say potassium is high with adrenal insufficiency.
Great video! A lot of things I was already aware of, but it`s a good reminder and always great to hear in again from a different source. Way too little people are aware of this. Recently gave someone the advice to maybe try rhodiola rosea, which always seems to help me a lot with regulating my cortisol levels throughout the day by taking a glass with a few drops in the morning.
If you say that weak nails are a sign of adrenal dysfunction, do you think that hair loss would also fit in somewhere? I've been experiencing unprecedented stress for about the past 8 months which has coincided with losing more hair than I ever have. Great video, thanks for your efforts.
Sure, hair loss can be a sign but there are so many other conditions that can create hair loss. I would say if you had more than half the signs it could be your adrenals/blood sugar.
Thankyou Doctor the knowledge you give us is excellent and I have been helped by you and hope to encourage others to your channel God Bless You 🕊🙏👼📯👱♀️💖
How many signs do you need to have to know- all 8? What diagnostic tests can confirm this? Can kids have this, if so what ages can we see this imbalance? I see several signs in my child. There are so many adaptogens. Which are your favorites for this? Thanks for this video!
Man you amaze me doctor Sung. That's exactly what I'm going through after prostate cancer therapy. My Testosterone level is so low now and they (doctors) won't let me bring it back up.
Give your body time to recover. At a later time you can replace testosterone if enough time has gone by and no chance of the testosterone replacement 'feeding' any left-over cancer cells.
I have Addison’s Disease. I think it’s under diagnosed as practitioners don’t have enough knowledge. I went dr to dr before an endocrinologist caught on what was happening. Now being on steroids throughout the day I must also take a small Dose before bed and I sleep wonderful. I also take a steroid to keep salt up and potassium down. I think you have hit on a lot of the symptoms
Hi, would you please explain why i get hiccups several times in a day !!?? After eating , drinking or without any activity when i walk up in the morning even , thank you
I have a nodule on my left adrenal gland. I have every symptom except craving salt. Mine was found accidentally from a CT scan looking at my liver, gall bladder, spleen, etc. I have an enlarged liver. I don't drink or do drugs. I also have an enlarged spleen.
Thank you supermuch for helping people with finding out what symptoms indicate a malfunctioning great work Can you'plse clarify During Fibro summit last days Dr said that you could check by taking bloodpressure laying down Than stand up wait f 30 sec and take it again Holding left arm straight wrist down in front at height of heart Than the systoles should go up by 10 points ?? When I do this they drop down e.g 15.5 laying down 14.3 standing up SSOOO grateful for your help with this please
I suddenly lost 10-15 lbs for no reason, and I hadn't suspected adrenals, but then I remembered that my allergies have been much, much worse this winter, I'm always tired and very weak, and I probably wake up a dozen or so times during the night. Plus if I get the least bit emotional, I'm tanked for the day. When I use my Flonase, I notice it revives me a little after the emotional zapping. I'm considering adrenal cortex, but the side effects don't sound fun.
I know this comment is old but I'm curious to find out if you found a solution , I have expériences unexplained weighy loss close to à year and I'm convinced I have Andrenal insufficiency ! And it would make perfect sense as I have been on prednisone for a couple years now ! I am not giving up it's hard when you see the weighy slowly going but something will break through !
Do you mean to say that i have adrenal problems? Here in England they do not test for the cause of an underactive thyroid. They just start to feed you all sorts of drugs. But your comments sure say I have adrenal probs. I wake most nights. I often crave salt. I hate mornings and now I am retired I don't have to but I feel sleepy in the afternoons. About 3pm. I get dizzy sometimes and have low blood pressure normally.
Get blood test for cortisol’s before 8am. And an ACTH blood test. Then they can see what’s happening . From there you can have a STIM test which can see if your adrenals are making cortisol.
Can a diagnosis for this be definitively made? Can it also work in tandem or synergistically with other clinical conditions such as fibromyalgia? -- is it possible to “tease this out” separately from other conditions?
i have had problem #1 for over 30 years now and i have been to MD after MD after md and none have never told me what the problem is. they just give me a drug. i only took a couple of them as i was desperate and they didn't work. i even went to functional mds and got all types of diagnoses and supplements and told what to do and it never worked so they just gave up on me. needless to say i still have the problem and i have taken all the supplements listed and i still sleep only 2-3 hours a day no matter what i do.
You can do a 4 point salivary test to determine cortisol rhythm or more advance DUTCH testing which can include the 4 point salivary test. Morning cortisol in blood can vary due to patient tolerance to pain or fear of blood draw and it doesn't give your cortisol rhythm.
Everyone, stay away from Torodol. Toradol is a prescription strength Ibuprophen. The side effects are devastating. Toradol wiped out my adrenals and immunity and made me outright jaundiced. My Biliruben count went off the chart. I had terrible fatigue along with a host of bad, bad symptoms. I was almost hospitalized and the mainstream doctors were sending me in the wrong direction. It's taken over 2 months to get back to normal with the use of supplements, a lot of adaptogenic herbs, and adrenal glandular. I'm functional, now, but still don't feel quite right.

1. Adrenal

You need your 8am cortisol blood draw , metabolic panel( salt and potassium especially) and an ACTH blood draw. They can see what else is going on
