i checked out james allen because of this video, but they just don't have enough inventory... there were so many more options at brilliant earth... too bad theirs are cvd diamonds, though

Yes, overall James Allen is better in terms of quality, reliable videos, inventory, and pricing. Brilliant Earth can improve its diamond videos and offer better prices. If it changes in the future, I will have no problem posting an update

@@Reecesavage-Alwayswin This was a year ago but I'm going to jump in here. Brilliant earth is good and they have unique settings like the nature inspired settings, but they do charge more for the same exact diamond (check the cert number on the GIA report) Although JA blocks the number you can still trace the diamond to them and the price is less. JA has a much better inventory of traditional, modern and vintage settings. Also, JA made the recommended list from Forbes, but Brilliant Earth did not but paid Forbes to mention them for promotional reasons. Also, the reviews for brilliant earth are not as good as there are mainly complaints of the workmanship - diamonds falling out repeatedly for example.

He is biased but I do agree with him. If you have experience with both these retailers and read the reviews and what forbes has to say you will see JA is the better company. I do like brilliant earth's nature inspired settings though and I would not avoid shopping from them, but my first choice would be James Allen, Blue Nile, With Clarity and then Brilliant Earth.
