I made these for my haitian husband and he loves them. I follow all of your recipes because he says the way you cook is very close to what he grew up with. Thank you. I love cooking with you!
I love me some fried plantains too! I made mine with a wooden square but I love your technique, I learned something new! I I am Dominican so we are island sisters! God bless you!
After watching your video I tried on next day after buying PlantIn Pressure from dollar store. It's been amazing when I cooked up watching your video. Amazing result I got as I cooked it so well even better then Bone Appetit restaurant nearby by store as already buying g from them. They cooked well. But I COOKED more better. Thanks for this video.
lol that's how it all started. This is how my grandma, mom and I always did it. It's 2019 and this is the first I saw a banan presser. hahaha lol. I can't believe I didn't know these exist. I'm about to change my mom's life or perhaps her stubborn Haitian attitude will tell me the peel is better. hahaha
WoW your video is awesome, i will definitely try this! I love the Haitian foods especially the Pikliz , my Haitian friend let me try this but i never knew how he made it, well now i know lol. Thank You!!!!
Hi! I made some and they were delicious 😋 but they were crumbling when I was pressing them. Is it because I didn't let them cook long enough the 1st time? Thanks in advance 😊
