Never heard anyone on UA-cam be humble enough to ask for a thumbs down and the information on how to improve. Not only will I thumbs up, you just got yourself a subscriber.... I enjoyed the video as well. Thanks
The wrench board was probably one of the best ones I have seen yet. Good job
I don't even have a toolbox, and I still watched the whole thing. :)
alleeum lol, thank you!
Lol me too
alleeum Lol
Awesome that you have your kiddo helping!!!
Sometimes it makes the job a little harder but it’s been amazing seeing them grow their talent!
Your kid is gonna be very talented by learning at this young age!
I like it! There are several useful ideas here, and the MAIN idea (using the slotted wood insert) is super versatile.
thanks! This is one of those videos that I thought would REALLY take off but never really did.
That is pure genius! Simple yet extremely useful.
Absolute genius!
Thank you for taking the time to do this
Awesome. Simple. Easy-to-do. Functional.
This is awesome! The plus was your boy working with you!! Expecting my child in July! Cheers!
One of the best, if not the best video on modding the HF 5 drawer. Well done!
Andy Harris thanks!
so simple yet highly effective and 100% customisable, I love it thanks for sharing
Family Prepper thanks for watching and taking the time to comment, it really helps and I appreciate it
Best mods to a tool cart I’ve see! Great work
This is easily the best idea I’ve seen for these carts. Great video, great ideas, and it was awesome to see your kid helping out!! Just followed the channel!
I just bought this tool box and now I know what to do next. Thanks!
I love those Ernst gripper wrench organizers. I bought them for my tool box about 2 years ago. they are worth every penny. I like them so much I bought the screw driver organizer and Socket Boss organizers. the socket boss organizers are expensive, but I no longer break the plastic posts on the cheap harbor freight organizers. I am going to look at adapting this hack to my Husky tools cart and see how it works. thanks for the ideas.
Great ideas! Thanks for the concept!!! Gonna paint mine to match.
That’s great, good idea and way to show the versatility!
you freaken genius, lmao I dont know why i never thought of just cutting the wrench organizers in half like that to make them parallel, thank you
One of the best mods vids 💪🏽💪🏽👍👍👍👍
I'm going to use this for my truck tool box thanks for the idea
daaaaaaang awesome approach you took to this. i love the community behind this damn tool chest lol so many people sharing ideas and support
Great video this is also a viable solution for the hutch
Great idea - Thanks for the template.
Great project. Thank you.
I plan on getting one of those us general tool carts thanks for the great ideas 👍👍👍👍👍
Most definitely I love it
Love it! Especially the wrench setup
Me too, it's what I use
Dang dude! That was great mods! Been wanting to replace a cheap, flimsy cart that finally fell apart on me. Now you've inspired me! Almost need to get 5 of the dang carts just to have all of these options! Ha ha ha
Great simple diy video
Great ideas. Thanks for sharing.
Great video, don't know why anyone wouldn't!
Excellent ideas ... thank you !!!
Very creative and a nice an easy affordable useful mod.
Very creative! Thanks for sharing!!
Great idea will use it thanks
I like it. Great idea for my cart. Thanks bro. Keep up the good work.
Well done, Sir. Very well done.
Nice mods. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the kind words and for watching!
Nice work!
All the storage ideas were good but my favorite one was the wrenches. Awesome job!
Greg Norvell the wrenches are my favorite too, that’s what I will be sticking with, but I wanted to show the diversity so people could adapt to what fits their needs. Thanks for watching!!
@@shaweehillsworkshop4226 Not a knock all the others at all. I just meant I guess that the wrenches is best suited for me.
Excellent ideas good job 👍
Going to combine the iPad with the wrench and add one for the phone. Put a rubber seal around the top of lid then when dealing with significant saw dust in air, simply cover the lid and electronics are good! Thanks for the ideas!!!!
Love the screwdriver one 👍
like those hacks, nice that you teach the young boy to work, best regards
Awesome concept! I was thinking you could change out the configuration even more quickly if you mounted neodymium magnets to the corners and make the panel just a bit smaller so you don’t have to remove the struts.
awsome.very neat.may buy one of these carts.will use your idea,s.thanks
That's really cool. Now I need to buy a tool cart.
Revere Overland yes you do
That's awesome idea!
Awesome Hacks! Thanks❕
Thanks for watching!
Love it!
The possibilities are nearly endless. You could paint the board or wrap it with car wrap material. Could also use epoxy and make a cool design and create a nice backdrop. I saw a floor that someone had gone over a few thousand pennies and then epoxied over them, looked great.
Love the vid I will be doing this on my cart
If you do, send me some pictures on facebook of how you organize yours.
Good idea. I’m in the food industry so I’ll have to use stainless steel instead of wood but great idea.
Awesome idea.
I absolutely know what my next project will be. HONEY DO LIST BE DAMNED!!!!!! Thank you!
Awesome video
Thats a dn good idea man. Your thinkin.
Nice idea
Great hack! Your video effects are looking nice too.
I can't take credit for anything on the videography side anymore, I started sub contracting out my video edits at the beginning of the year. Which has given me extra time to work on the thumbnail, lol.
Super smart great ideas
🤗 👍✔thats a nice hack with the playwood; i did mine (two carts) with an old comercial metal railing from a fridge and hf magnets ✌👌👍
Great ideas!
Love it great ideas
A Harbor Freight magnet bar would work also. Thanks for the idea, I am going to make one
Neet idea! Unfortunately I work at a shop, a busy shop, and wood is not an option for me but I like the concept specially with the wrenches and the tv
Great job!
thanks man!
Awesome ideal thanks for the ideals
Awesome job..
Charles Bennett Jr thanks!
Love it
Great Ideas
Thank you for sharing. You gave me a great idea for my tool box on my trunk. Im always digging through it looking for tools. You just don't know how much harder it is to find the tool in that thing than the job at hand. Not really sure how I will mount the sockets. Thinking about some designs I can 3d print with magnets inlaid. Thank you
I dig mine
Awesome!
Nice vid thanks
Fantastic
Great idea! Would look good with some black or color matched paint!
I cannot understand, how you got dislikes! This was one of the better videos on how to make life better and no clickbait or chasing views. Editing was on point please keep up what your doing. I rewatched your video, and I figured out why I would dislike your video.... because your organization is something to be jealous of!!! I’m even more impressed the second time.
Moe Green thank you so much for the kind words. It’s rare on the interwebs!
SHAWИEE HILLS WORKSHOP I’m subscribing! We use these carts at my job and many thanks for this. Hopefully I can get my helper to wear ppe and turn out such clean work .
Awesome job! Looked like a ghost moving the lid in the background.
It was a tiny human playing with it, lol
Nice work. Now I am gonna have to go buy a tool cart.
Yes you do!!
Very cool
👍 LOVE it!!! ❤️
Thanks
I like your idea. It's a lot better than my crappy pegboard.
Larry Bibbey did you out pegboard on the entire life?
@@shaweehillsworkshop4226 yes and no. It's what I grew up with.
Larry Bibbey sorry, my comment got messed up by autocorrect. What I meant to ask is if you put pegboard on the entire lid.
@@shaweehillsworkshop4226 No, but I have pegboards on the side of my workbox on the legs and I keep knocking stuff off of them.
The iPad holder for watching UA-cam videos is very useful. How else do people fix their vehicles?
AWESOME!!!!!
kgfaro thanks
thank you 👍👍👍
thanks for watching!
good video
Subbed 👍. Good info.
I don't have that box but did give ideas for mine
That's what I was hoping for. I know everyone won't do exactly what I did, but I hope that I sparked and idea for people!
I would rather do some welding.
I think the best hf tool
Cart mod is bolting the side cabinet with drawers to the cart. Takes a little drilling and bolting and some grinding to get the top to close properly but it makes a nice cart.
Mind blowing
Nice
Awesome
thanks
How did you mount the wrench holders?
Cool accessory for tools! TV's, phones and I pads get smashed too easily for me
Does it close and lock after the mods?
I love the idea I made a model for my car but it involved all the things this one didn't lol
I've looked in the comments and I'm not really seeing what I'm trying to find so I'll ask. Roughly what size of TV can you fit in there? 24-in? 20-in? I'm just trying to gauge this because my son is actually looking toward that route.
Time for part two? Impact wrench, driver, drill holder?
It's a good idea. And I enjoyed the video. But you do all of this without adding the wood. All of these (except maybe a TV mount) come as magnets and will hold to the lid with tools in them. I have 3 of the different tool holders on my Bluepoint cart. Some of them you can buy at harbor freight.
