What was the overall temperature difference in the power unit with the new fans versus the old? Did it affect the needed printing temperatures in any meaningful way when you upgrade the nozzle fan to a larger one?
Hi, I didnt measure before and after temp in the control unit. As I wrote it is blowing fresh air all the time, so for me it is fine, may be even better. As for the fan on the heatbreak it doesnt affect the temperature of the nozzle because it shouldnt blow on the nozzle, but it should improve the cooling of the heatbreak.
Hi, I'm sorry you can't fit it in. There are slight changes in the enclosure layout between cr-10 versions, may be this is the reason. I see in the comments section of the adapter in thingiverse there is a comment it is not compatible with the V2 control board www.thingiverse.com/thing:2591759/comments. I no longer use this solution, because I changed the control board with a 3rd party one.
What was the Db reading afterwards???
HI, thanks for sharing the video. Which sound meter app did you use?
