I've spent two hours sitting in the rain in Edinburgh watching the Tattoo Show. It was awsome. Unfortunately now l am back in my hotel room and l have the flu. The only cure for this is sitting up and watching a few episodes of MicBergsma VW Restoration.
You should totally try to get a tour of Fluffy (the comedian) VW museum. That would make a great episode.

Just wished to say you and your wife are inspiring, as I am mostly deaf myself (nearly 70% hearing loss) since 2015, and a huge VW fan. I am considering a Squareback or a THING myself to mod or go full electric, possibly next year. I also love when you do the ASL along with the subtitles, makes it easy to follow, as reading lips is hard.
You now have a family of followers, me, wife, and daughter. Thank you for what you and your gracious wife are doing, keep smiling my friend. And we will keep you both in prayers.

Thank you for the beautiful video my friend. Watching this at the sound of the air-raid alarm in my Ukraine is unbelievable fantasy. I feel like I'm right there with these people. I have the impression that there is no war and I see happy faces of children, women and men. They are laughing. They are happy. When the war is over I will surely take our bus with my family, my daughter and son, my beloved wife and I will go to the sea to rest. Glory to Ukraine!

So bummed I missed octo this year. My bus wasn’t ready. I’m curious about that electric bus. I wanna go electric when it’s time to replace my engine but 10k is still too much for me. I might have to wait. All I really need is a new case but will prob upgrade the crank and cam. We’ll see. Thanks for sharing. Good seeing some of the homies.

Is it not to late to go electric! you can always sell your engine and transmission and all the other things that you don't need to go electric. I think you should, since you like it so much! and like he said no maintenance. If I were you I would definitely do it.
Yeah true... can change later... Hawaii electricity is so expensive and we don't want to spend $$ on solar panels on a rental house... maybe later, will see :)

wow! wonder how heavy was that electric bus with those batteries haha it made the ride even smoother too along with the quiet little electric motor. will be sweet if someone came up with a way to fit electric motor to power the front wheel drive while still have gas motor in the rear...... too much of weight i suppose! lol
