60 Minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga

- This is a 60 minute total body vinyasa flow yoga class. Class moves at a steady pace, beginning smooth and slow, then picking up the pace through a standing series of postures (warriors, triangle and side angle). Class includes a side arm balance along with some balancing down the mat (tree and eagle). This flow is a bit SWEATY...or maybe it was just me?! Feel rewarded at the end of class with some deep hip openers and reclined postures leading to a guided and peaceful shavasana.

A perfect practice. I don't recall in my over 15 yrs of yoga practice having a flow so in sync with my and breath where I was challenged but not rushed throughout the whole practice. Thank you.

This was the perfect 60 minute Vinyasa Flow in my books. Sometimes a full hour class at this level can either feel grueling, speedy, and defeating or extremely slow. The pace was just right, I worked up a full body sweat, and equally found restoration. Most importantly for me your use of language was perfect. Encouraging, simple, soothing, intelligent, and nurturing. Thank you for sharing your gifts.
Dear Fiona, I absolutely love all your videos and I'm doing them on a regular basis for 2 months. I love your calming voice and the way you guide us through the classes. It's so easy to follow. I watched so many others on youtube and I found your's the best. I've always been a cardio girl with constant lower back pain since I was a teenager. I've only started doing yoga last year and it seems like for the first time in my life all my pain has gone. I've never thought I would enjoy yoga but now I'm addicted to it. Keep doing what you doing because you are an outstanding yoga teacher and I really enjoy all your different videos. In this way I will never get bored with it. I'm so happy I found you!

This has been my favourite flow in the series. A beautiful balance of flowing poses. I've lost count of the number of times I've done this one.
Good Morning! I was feeling tight in my calves and thighs, and this practice is perfect for me! I felt really present and my breath was moving freely!

Good Morning! I love this practice and I’ve enjoyed it a few times but I don’t recall the dead bug pose! Totally cracked me up! We are into November in New England! Leaves are everywhere, migrating birds, total eclipse of full moon early Tuesday morning! I am slowly adjusting to my new normal but the familiar rhythms of the earth comfort me today!
