    I didnt fully understand how you do do fast low kick in order no to be checked. Can you show the mechanic againand angles. Thx for the set up

    Liam, I have a panic fear that at full speed I will hit shin-to-shin with a low kick or, worse hit a knee. I fear breaking the shin bone. Is there a technique to kick a low kick so the shin can withstand it, or how to time low kicks?

      Harden the shins by kicking the heavy bag and sparring with shinguards.

    Actually sir when his weight is on the front leg you should throw the inside leg kick not the outside.. when his weight is on the front leg the muscle is tightened meaning you can take a lot more kicks. A great counter for a low kick is stepping in and throwing a straight right tightening the front muscle of the leg to absorb less damage.. but the weight on the front leg can be used to disrupt the balance on the inside leg kick..
