Chanchu Ji diet ke liye aapka weight, medical history aur eating habits janna zaruri hai. Me apko galat advice nahi dena chahti. Har insaan ko ek hi diet nahi suggest ki ja sakti. Apki madad ke liye bata sakti hoon ki khane me roti ka bhag aadha kar dijiye. Jaise 4 khate hain to 2 kar dijiye aur sabzi utni hi zyada badha den. Ho sake to hafte me ek din sirf liquid diet lijiye. Khane ko sahi tarah se pachana zaruri hai. Khana ke ek ghante tak pani na piye aur soye nahi.
